Still a stupid and silly situation but it's weird they left it to a DLC to explain.

Javik is also rather important for DLC. None of ME2's DLC had bearing on the main plot of 2, yet two out of three now are almost vital.

Stupid is that they decided to take out both Leviathan and Omega, and later include them as DLCs, Leviathan could have help minimize the ending hate, and Omega as small ark because the game did feel short

Sort of, he said EC makes it bearable now and stopped worrying about it.

He seemed under the impression IT was just 'EC will change everything', which is why he said it ws wrong.

yeah it sounded like he had his tongue right up EAs bottom line.

However.... I wonder if EA tipped him the wink as it were as to what was coming.

Makes you think if BioWare truly did mend the wounds while they prepared everything. I'm under the impression that Extended Cut was nothing more than a thing to make people less angry while everything else was being worked on. 

I mean come on, it's just cutscenes... cutscenes that give a lot of credence to a lot of the stuff we've pointed out here. (flipped Mako, Shepard holding a Predator but yet he has a Carnifex when he/she wakes up? The hell?) That sort of thing.

yeah i still belive EC was made so no more people would leave and continue buying the DLC schedule, then IT

Doesn't matter.
I recall him saying in a video something like "here bioware, take IT and use it".
And lets be honest not one of the people who posted them video's back then thought that this s**t was intended, instead it was here take this and make the game better.

Playing through the mission on Korlus (Grunt's recruitment mission) I met Rana Thanoptis. We all know she is indoctrinated and the process started back in ME1. Now, she says she's created the mental implants that condition the tank-bred krogan. We can assume the "scratching in the head", mentioned by the krogan soldier, is in fact Reaper Indoctrination.

I think he did, but I'm not sure. It's been a while I've played it.

Minor thing I noticed in my current ME2 game which was lost in the deluge earlier: One of the scientists on firewalker studying the 'prothean' artifact said "It's like they're in my head, stealing my thoughts". Potentially another 'take form from your memories' thing or maybe he was just being colourful.

Hmm, there are gunships and Cerberus fighters flying around the facility on Noveria on N7 mission. Music also reminds me of Noveria from Mass Effect 1.

Nothing odd about them, just nice touches.
