I hope it has music worthy of showing how important it is, if the entire team truly is hard at work on it.spotlessvoid wrote...

He is okay in a story with amazing charecters, everybody has something special about them, while Jacob is just a "normal" guy.GethPrimeMKII wrote...
Jacobs only real crime is having a less interesting story than some of the other characters. Overall still an ok character in my book.

Yeah, I mean it's not like he grills a total stranger over their idea of loyalty and then cheats on Femshep the minute she turns her back.
Yep. Boring is his ONLY CRIME.

1. He sucks in combat, though he pretends he does not (I think it was planned to give him Warp in one of the earlier versions of ME2).
2. Shepard's (female and male) behaviour when talking to him (highschool girl...).
3. His story is rather boring.
4. He is rude to some of the more favourite squadmates (Tali -> AI, Thane -> Assasin; also behaviour when you break up with him or when he is jealous).
5. He has some crappy one-liners.
6. His romance is nothing more than a fling compared to the other LIs (demersel once said that Jacob is actually romancing Shepard in ME2, not vice versa).
7. He cheats on Brynn with Shepard.
8. He dumps you in ME3.
Although I have to say that I actually like Jacob in ME3 more than in ME2. Less of the whole cheeziness between Shepard and Jacob. I can even understand that he wants to stay with his people.

Shep: How long have you known Brynn?
Jacob: About a year now.

"Maybe word got out about how Indoctrination works, so they made a desicion." That, and how EDI explained that the Reapers are devoted to nothing but self preservation stuck out to me. And people still think the Reapers aren't the bad guys, and that indoctrination could have not possibly occurred to Shepard...demersel wrote...

It's a common euphamism in the Bible to say someone "knew" someone when it really means that they $#%@ed.

Yeah, you can't be sure, but it certainly looks like Cole wasn't the other woman... Shepard was.
And you really have to drag it out of him that he cheated, too. He tries to avoid the topic of "us". Perhaps my favorite part was "C'mon Shepard, how long was I supposed to wait?" Shepard was in custody for 6 months. 6 months is not that long, you colossal douchebag.

Pay closer attention to the dialogue after Jacob's loyalty mission if you think he the Cerberus princess never got a taste of the priiize. It's not exactly subtle.

Hello, Dimitri Yaraslavsy.
And I thought Jacob was horrible in ME3 compared to his ME2 self. I swear, he was the first in my first playthrough I suspected to be possibly indoctrinated. He sounded as if he was in a hurry or withholding something. Blärgh.
Dunno what they did to him in ME3...and why.

So, I just had a hunch. Could one of the dataminers check to see what music plays during Shepard's encounter with the kid when he's in the vent?
Oh you're a genius.
How did I not hear this earlier. It's "An End Once and For All"!
edit: or at least, a version with slight variations in it. Or that's what I hear in a youtube video. But it's mostly "An End...".

Yeah, that was my thinking. I'm don't think it's Leaving Earth, though it does have a similar start to AEOAFA.
Also, thanks for the compliment.

The variation is minimal. The melody's just going down to finish the track before it restarts again...it sounds like how I see the track would go if it'd end with the screen going to black to start a next scene...so it has at least somewhat of an ending, unlike the low-EMS version of "An End...".
But yeah, it's a 95% "An End...". And it only reminds one of Leaving Earth because "An End..." is based on it.
