How/where did shepard become indoctrinated?
Only if you side with the Reapers (by choosing Control or Synthesis).
I'm going wait for another ITer to answer this because clearly have no idea what you're talking about.
Most of the evidence for IT is based off Shepard being indoctrinated and having hallucinations and dreams throughout the game.

Go away Megumi, this is an established part of IT. Shepard is not indoctrinated before the end.

Ok. Just finished the game with the EC for the first time.
EC sucks, and is ****ing insulting.
Even if literal - would take the original endings 100 times over the EC.
Basicly EC 100% makes IT true and only possiblity, while doing everything to make you forget about it.
It is Bioware saying.... "oh, so you got our big twist? ....ehm... that is awkward, cause we haven't really completed the content to reveal it with...here, talk about synthesis some more!"
Next - refuse ending is REALLY hard to AVOID. Seriously - EC makes picking destroy almost impossible, unless you really, REALLY want to.
picked refuse twice in a row, first telling the stachilf to F@ck off, second by shooting him, then destroy

Same here
I personally like the EC as it gives every side more good reasons to stay with their respective interpretations if they want to.
edit: except maybe for the Refuse' Stargazer scene vs. non-Refuse one.

That means the kid is real and a retard.
But also the Rachni thoughts on what happened to her people is worthless.
If the Reapers can put stuff into your mind to make you lose focus, you be pretty indoctrinated.
Unless you don't believe that.

well, he is gettin indoctrinated throught the trilogy, little by little when he´s close to a reaper or reaper technology.
Dead reaper in ME2, Sovereign body in Citadel, Fight in the Citadel, Reaper IFF
We dont know how big is the range of indoctrination from a reaper, but i believe that once a seed of indoctrination is planted on a person´s mind, the indoctrination can expand even if a reaper isn´t close

What fight in the citadel?
You can take the same squadmates on those missions with Reaper tech and they will not be affected, why?

Ash and Vega are the only two who i kinda sorta, could imagine - and even that is reaching.
Vega can get confused, while hurt, Ash is seriously messed up and her i can totally see do it (even though i like Ash). But Garrus? No. Tali? No. Javik? GTFO, EDI? Seriously? EDI limping and bleeding? How would it stop her?.
No way.
Liara also could do it, but onle if she was seriously hurt, she would submit to shepard sending her away.

the middle one for me is the big gimme. piles of concrete rubble, with rebar and cabling.
Also in another picture as you pan up to shepard you can see a red/orange glow coming thru the rubble. the only think i can think of that makes a red glow in that manner is fire. the same fire we can see in the middle pictures near the rubble.

So you would agree TIM was not actually indoctrinated until the ending along with Shepard?
In ME1 and ME2, Shepard didn't show many signs of indoctrination.
But at the start of ME3 he is pretty heavily indoctrinated when the Reapers can access his mind and manipulate it.

TIM was indoctrinated as soon as his goal became to control the Reapers. They manipulated him into thinking that would be a good idea.

Actually i think that TIM started to fall around the same time Shepard did - between ME2 and ME3.
And i have a really theory why would that be. ))

See, that's bulls**t because you don't know what his personal goals were when he first started out.
Using the Reapers back then as a way to move humanity forward for a pro-human is a reasonable goal and not hard to understand why.
Hell the Reapers tried to stop Cerberus from controlling them on Horizon.
