Hahaha.  Me too. I can barely watch anything without comparing it to this anymore. It's kind of cool though. The more stuff I see, the less I believe they could screw up so badly and have made the literal version. The music really seals the deal for me. The fact that dream music plays when you get lased (in Vancouver and London) and when you make the choice.

EDIT: Could Shepard be under the influence of Indoctrination? That would explain why he sounds so calm. Strange, I didn't notice that when I played the game. But again this was my Renegade playthrough so Shepard's responses were more...aggressive.

If they don't have post breath scene content planned, then there is absolutely no excuse for this image. She's clearly smiling, at what looks like sunrise (or possibly sunset) on Earth, and there are no reapers in sight. There is nowhere in the timeline of the game as it stands, where this could possibly fit.

Isn't that gunship in the center from Thessia? Or does the Alliance have similar helicopters?

You mean this one?

Or the one playing during the escape from Saren's office on Virmire?

Btw, part of Saren's theme plays in the Archives on Mars in ME3.

There was a similar model gunship in ME2 used by the Blue Suns on Omega, and in Kasumi's loyalty mission, so I think it's supposed to be a common design in the ME universe.

The architecture of the buildings doesn't look like Thessia to me, which is why I think it's Earth.

Edit: Now that I think about it, flying one of those gunships might make for a fun vehicle sequence.

AFAIK the QEC on the Normandy is under the table. In TIM's office there's this circle on the floor where Shepard appears.

So is anyone else sick of CosmicGnosis' threads? I'm sick of his disingenuous assertions and Synthesis supporter logic as he evangelizes about making friends with the Reapers and inviting Synthehusk over for a beer. I find him more annoying than Seival, actually.

It's also the same model gunship used in the background of Vancouver, which makes me wonder if all of these dawn images are from Vancouver, but wasn't that mission cloudy? What really gets me about that Femshep wallapaper is that structure that someone on BSN (or was it from this thread?) found in the background -- it's the Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Dome, if I recall correctly (and it seems to match the images I just googled). Which suggests a "post-battle" imagery. Granted, there are still Reapers falling from atmo. 

But yeah, these pictures -- especially the hand grasping one! -- are just cruel if they don't mean anything! Heh.
