Wait, the Salarians have a fleet of invisible Dreadnaughts by use of IFF?

WHY HAS NOBODY TOLD ME THIS!

Stealth, not invisible...but well yes, you get the entry if you dont cure the Genophage (from what i know) that the Salarians have placed the Reaper IFF and Normandy stealth drive on Dreadnoughts.

I love how Anderson comes out in a different area then Shepard. The beam just drops you at a random place? And it's near the control panel? How convenient is that?

I prefer how he followed you up, yet he starts talking to you pretty much as soon as you hit the ground.

Slow patient indoctrination is always about choice. Without choice its just plain mind control.

lol that's pretty much what it is, mind control. It just works in more subtle ways by playing on your characteristics. Kind of like desire demons in Dragon Age.

No, thank you :)

Thats whats makes indoctrination so insidious.

What if a whole platoon had made it up? TIM got that covered too?

And why does only Anderson make it up? Was it just him making the run after Harbinger left? He seriously stayed back all alone? Shouldn't he have called off the retreat? It's not like Harbinger was still there. What if the Citadel was loaded with Reaper ground forces? What if the beam drops you off at the opposite end of the Citadel? Anderson was going to Rambo his way through the Citadel and to the panel?

Yeaaaah

Guess not even having to fight the invasion on Earth could snap him out of the boredom of playing politician for 2 years, he needed more action

Easiest way to keep hope is to think about how monumentally stupid the ending is. Densest concentration of retarded ever. Cant be real

So much this. He gave the order not to retreat under any circumstances, has a working comm and was there to hear Coates retreat, yet does nothing about it?

Like Anderson?

Anderson saw how suicidal the charge would be, so he decided to take the longer path by walking around and out of Harbinger's field of view.

Come to think of it, that explains how Coates could think Anderson was dead and Anderson followed Shepard up.

Why is there no way to disable or uninstall the EC? I'll take the original ending over it any day 100 times over, even it completely literal (especially if completely literal)

And Anderson should have corrected him. Harbinger is gone. Perfect time for another wave. Like the Invisible Normandy dropping off a squad at the beam. Instead, Anderson decides he can do it all by himself

Maybe he was so close to the beam and there was so much interferance he couldn't either hear or tell anybody anything. As for how shepard, who was far enough awy for the radio to work, got there first, perhaps Anderson had to climb over some debris to get to the beam.

What leads people to believe the EC debunked IT? The synthesis ending in particular practically screams that something is not right here.

Because it didn't completely overhaul the ending a rub indoc in your face. They were forced to continue thinking about it.

Also some people found EC satisfying to some extent.

Because some people are stupid and need to have their hands held for them to understand something remotely complex.

Others are just stubbornly refusing because its the cool thing to do.

Otherwise recognise that the EC is weird, but like the endings so see no reason to think about it anymore.

*shrug*

What gets me is how people say Leviathan debunks IT.  Yeah...  >_>

EDIT: Top! An excuse to repost these:

If they don't have post breath scene content planned, then there is absolutely no excuse for this image. She's clearly smiling, at what looks like sunrise (or possibly sunset) on Earth, and there are no reapers in sight. There is nowhere in the timeline of the game as it stands, where this could possibly fit.

Without more content, this crosses the line from teasing the fanbase to trolling it.

The scene is quite similar to this:

low EMS D:

As you can see there is always a cloud break but in low EMS destroy.

It's true about the cloudbreak, but none of those scenes have Shepard physically present. There is no point in the story when an uninjured, apparently happy Shepard, has time to "smile to the camera", on Earth, during the daytime.

The other wallpapers BleedingUranium posted could conceivably take place off-camera, during the course of the games events, but not the one with Femshep smiling. That one seems completely disconnected from the story so far, which gives me hope that it has to be representing something post "citadel" (if indeed Shepard was ever there).

Well yes, that too. But if it's just a promo and nothing more, it's rather offering false hope. Not the smartest PR move on Bioware's part. That being said, some bright spark saw fit to spoil the ending to Omega with that shot of Aria choking Petrovsky...:?

Hey, Jade what's up? Also, yeah. That's why I put that as IT best piece of evidence in my Words of Awesome. It's too bad.

"Take Back Earth."

But yeah, there's hope.  Both from the tagline and the pictures.  I want to take Earth back, for goodness' sake!

And everywhere else, obviously.  Even Thessia.  Maybe.

Yeah I really have no idea what's up with that. Whenever the next DLC is officially announced, I'll be really tempted to post a thread genuinely asking if they will post the ending as a screenshot. They'd probably ban me which would be stupid.

Ooo, top as soon as I get here :D
