Yeeeah! You know I have literally got none of those banners etc. because I haven't played MP since the day Retribution came out. Fancy playing some MP from Monday onwards Blur?
On the plus side it means I haven't seen any of the stuff Rif gets so mad about.

See the big white tube here?
There's a giant one of those under the Destroy ramp/side in the decision chamber, is it seen anywhere outside the non-reality sections?

About those white tubes - yeas there those tubes in the game. - those are the tubes that go all the way through the normandy from the reactor core up to the bridge - and those are the new tubes instulled in ME3. And by the way - the pathway to the normandy's bridge really resemples that corridor that is on the banner (and the white tube is there)
Hmm, good to know they're somewhere, but I'm not sure there's any significance there.

Well, if the corridor in question only exists in Shepard's brain, then perhaps it's inspired by this corridor he's familiar with in real life. That said, I'm not quite sure I see the resemblance, but I don't really have an eye for that sort of thing.

That still strikes me as odd, equating Shepard to a lonewolf. At least with the Death Guard banner it makes some sense to have Harbinger there (not really the citadel: return part ), but Shepard? Lonewolf??BleedingUranium wrote...

These are also the only two banners to use settings from pretty much the end of the game(not even the Mass Effect banner does this).
It seems to me that Death Guard means simply that. We, the players, are guarding the rest of the galaxy from death(Reapers). However, I do wonder if it's also meant to be ambiguous and perhaps not just a title for the players.
In addition to being the only two to feature the ending section of the game, they're the banners you get for playing solo and killing Reapers
Lonewolf is also primarily blue, while Death Guard is primarily red. If you want to take anything from that, I'd look into color theory instead of using what the series, or we(Control, Destroy), tends to define the colors as(Paragon, Renegade).

Joker wont be played by Seth Green.
That's the dumbest thing ever. The character is even based on his appearence!
well...I missed the beginning but it could be they don't need Seth green if something horrible happens such as turning into a reaper

We have maybe seen 1% of the Citadel, doesn't say much about how likely something like that is.BleedingUranium wrote...

I really do believe in the destroy ending, Shepard is effectively fighting off the indoctrination long enough to kill themselves a la Saren, Benezia and TIM. Replaying ME1 on PS3 and when Benezia talks about being trapped behind walls then Anderson mentions the walls are shifting/changing. Also that you can never see too far out once Harby blasts you.
Just interesting that Anderson only points out stuff that you have previously heard;
- Building a reaper
- Shifting Walls
- Collector Base (inc. tubes not going on forever)
Also Bailey states that the keeper tunnels that lead to the superstructure are not one in one out, that they are like an ant farm.
We've seen the shifting walls thing happen before. Would be fun to fight in a maze where there's tons to explore for those completion jets, full of action for those who like that, and has a great story about the keepers

Am actually curious, if there IS an IT DLC, how large it would have to be, and what the setting could possibly be. I mean, do you wake up and keep fighting on Earth? Obviously, it would depend on if and how the Reaper War was resolved.

Shepard's not a lonewolf, but when Shepard's alone is when all the bad stuff happens, including the end.

EDIT: You meant Retaliation?
EDIT2: Resurgence is the name of MP DLC from April. Retribution is actually the title of the third novel.
EDIT3: Aaaand there's another "Re-DLC". Rebellion from May.

Before:

After:

And here are some shots of the normandy's reaper cables.

And here is the citadel again - for comparison. By the way there is a single cerberus soldier hanging on that reaper cable.

they should make an actual IT expansion consisting of the citadel, Hawking Eta and the derelict reaper again, the omega nebula and exploration of the omega 4 relay, along with the bacteria. System where the reapers first popped into the galaxy. And for kicks a bunch of extra side missions and exploratory areas.

That seems like it might be kinda huge. No complaint, just, that's a LOT of material. I seemed to recall back when the MP DLC w/ the Phoenix characters were released a lot of folks got excited about possibly revisiting the Collectors as enemies in SP. I wouldn't mind that; perhaps studying them to find some key to victory. But it would seem like a huge anticlimax after all the Gotterdammerung with the Battle of Earth. So my suspicion is that, to the extent that there is ANY post-ending content, for reasons of narrative flow, it will be on Earth.

Right, because we got a Turian this week. Every weekend challange since Retaliation has been related to that week's character.
