For anyone who has seen the first Hobbit movie, An Unexpected Journey, in the council scene with Saruman, Elrond, Galadriel, and Gandalf:
Gandalf = ITer's
Saruman= Literalists

If you haven't seen it, when you do or if you do see this scene, you will understand what I mean.

"What proof do you have that etc etc." I can see that.
Also, I love how every actor/actress who's character show up in both LotR and The Hobbit reprised their roles.

Yeah, it's very hostile and arrogant. Nevermind that Gandalf is a wizard nearly as respected as Saruman, Saruman can't possibly be wrong in his own opinion. He's so very full of hubris but that's part of why he ended up like he did 60 years later. Anyway, I just saw the parallels from BSN and youtube.
" It's true, look."
" That can't possibly be true because x, y, and z."
" Well I have some evidence that can prove it."
" How can that possibly be what you think it is?"
And so on, paraphrased. Trying not to spoiler.

okay guys, here is the scene. Don't watch if you don't want to spoil it for yourself.
Even Elrond has doubts. Only Galadriel takes Gandalf's side and that's because she can read his thoughts.

I'm sure you can see the parallels.

That was months old discovery actually. But because it seems to be such a trivial thing, it tends to be rediscovered..

There should be a thread or site that lists all the odd things like this and possible foreshadowings in Mass Effect games. A compendium.

Sorry I'm only responding to this now, I just got in. Yeah, I figured that someone had probably shared what I found sometime before. I just found it interesting, and I have never noticed it before. I like your idea about a site that lists all of the foreshadowings.Posted Image

Yeah, I think we all do.  These moments of (Really long chain of thought that I'm not going to type again) are becomming increasingly rare.  I think it's due to a (Relative to the previous threads) lack of trolls.  Without a focus for our anger, we turn on each other.

Or we're all getting frustrated and/or impatient. Then there's the nitpicks and infighting about sh*t that doesn't even matter. Even I'm a perpetrator of it, which is why I've tried to remove myself lately and stuck to lurking until tonight.

This, too.  It's really a combination of things, though at this point, after thinking about it, I think the biggest thing is just that we're getting impatient.  We love BioWare, but we're getting sick of this, "Maybe it is, maybe it isn't.  Heck if we're going to tell you all any time soon."

We've been using the 24 FPS standard since the 1920s because it was the slowest you could go and still carry an audio track. Time to move on I guess.

I like my stuff anywhere above 30 FPS. The 24 FPS is a bit bothersome for me.

Something else I was going to note, that the scene where you get beamed up, the roof and ceiling kind of look like the shuttle deck of the Normandy a bit. Just a little though. The hanging tubes look familiar. Probably nothing.

There's no point in anything above 30 FPS.  30 FPS is all the human eye can do.

Bullcrap.  I've seen 30 FPS, 60 FPS, 24 FPS, and 48 FPS (On TV) and I can say for a FACT that 48/60 FPS looks smoother than 24/30 FPS.  It can't be denied.

Edit: I should know this seeing as how I'm a PC gamer.  We can actually get 60 FPS in things that don't look merely average at best (Like CoD).

Edit 2: And yes, I know you play ME3 on PC.

Your eyes don't work like a video camera does. It's something to do with light, rather than framerate. When I move my head from side to side, there's no judder (hence, above 60 FPS). I can tell the difference between 30 and 60 FPS.

That reminds me.  I need to sign up for TOR now that it's gone F2P.

Edit: Also, I'm curious, do you have any brilliant inductions about the endings that you wish to share with us?
