Well, this sucks. Apparently, Miracle of Sound's tinnitus is permanent. However, he says that he won't let it beat him, and he'll immediately start recording again, though he won't be able to perform live anymore.

Effectively it is a condition that causes "imaginary" noises that are constantly there, and can skew your hearing. For a musician this is a bad situation but not impossible to overcome.

Tinnitus is an ear condition that causes an unending ringing or buzzing noise in the ears of the sufferer.

It's ringing in your ears, right?
Not at my school. We had it all: swirlies, cannings, lockereds, stolen lunch money, and good old schoolyard scuffles where it's you versus ten athletic guys. Good times.BleedingUranium wrote...

20 yrs from now if Mass Effect is still culturally relevant, naming your child Jacob Taylor or Kai Leng will guarantee stolen lunch money, swirlies, and afterschool beatdowns.
I always thought that was a stereotype

EDIT - On another note. Finally discovered MEHEM. Totally is my head canon now.

Really makes you thankful that we live in a good place huh? I don't recall seeing a single real fight at school.BleedingUranium wrote...
That's terrible! I think I only ever saw/heard of one fight while I was in high school, and never heard of the rest happening.
High school isn't the problem. By then everyone is set in their caste of the grade school hierarchy. it's middle school that the hell on earth takes for us "social outcasts". On the up side, it did teach me great stealth skills. i can now blend in anywhere, even stand next to a group while they converse for minutes and they don't notice me until I say something.BleedingUranium wrote...
