Random side note: Just beat the Walking Dead game. Was a pretty good game, and the ending made me tear up, but I wouldnt call it a satisfying ending in any way.

Katawa Shoujo remains my GOTY for all 3 people who care.

I loved TWD. KS was awesome, true. Tricky

It's a solid team, though two fire-types and no psychic is an odd choice.

Gen I is okay, but most of my favorite Pokemon are actually from other generations.

Pretty much all of Haunter's moves are psychic at the moment! He's kind of a placeholder for Mewtwo when I decide to catch him :P

Here's my question: if the Mayans could see the future, why the hell are they all dead?

Because they foresaw the Jersey Shore, and didnt want to live in that world.

Well played, sir.

I finally looked into that like you mentioned, BTW. Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure a 32 year old man downloading a dating sim for children basically amounts to "save me a good spot on the sex offender's registry."

they're not. They just got subjugated by invading countries. Basically it's like the native Americans. They were taken over and moved to specific parts of the country.

There are an estimated 7 million Maya living in this area at the start of the 21st century.[1]Ethnic Maya of Guatemalasouthern Mexicoand the Yucatán PeninsulaBelizeEl Salvador, and western Honduras have managed to maintain substantial remnants of their ancient cultural heritage. Some are quite integrated into the majority hispanicized Mestizo cultures of the nations in which they reside, while others continue a more traditional culturally distinct life, often speaking one of the Maya languages as a primary language. The largest populations of contemporary Maya inhabit Guatemala, Belize, and the western portions of Honduras and El Salvador, as well as large segments of population within the Mexican states of YucatánCampecheQuintana Roo,Tabasco, and Chiapas.

Mayans don't have an end of the world prophecy...
At least not one that has been recorded by history...

That calendar just marks the end of the solar year...
If it's anything like their other calendar cycles, they would have marked it with celebration...

You'd think someone would have thought to interview one of the 7 million people about the calendar

Huh. I just got an alert from my iPad's calendar saying The world's going to end tomorrow, and you're going to die horribly. Sucks to be you.

I totally forgot I scheduled that like two years ago. Past me was kind of a jerk.

It's the 21st here, so far so good.

Sucks doesn't it. We get dlc releases at the same time, we get tv shows at the same time.

But we have to get the end of the world before you...

Hey Jade, how's the end of the world going?

Good, I went to hell. My punishment for my sins are to be fed nothing but caffeine pills, while my legs are chained to a desk with a laptop that doesn't have access to anything but the BSN. If I get banned I get tortured, though that only makes me want to get banned even more, sounds kinky. Posted Image

A true challenge.

Well, all the characters are 18, except for one who is 19. If you can get past that, its a pretty great game.

Blur what do you reckon the next MP DLC will contain?

It's called Reckoning, and will contain the Chakram Launcher, Adjutants (which were supposed to be in Retaliation), and we don't know anything else yet.

Your team has a lot of Gen I OU tier, so the team should be good. Arcanine and Gyarados's rather lackluster Gen I movepools aren't much of a detriment unless you play against humans very often.

I personally don't like Thunder much anymore since I started focusing on playing against people. The 30% miss chance is just too much, and later Gens make it even worse with weather effects.

Okay, 2818 pages can beat a topic to death....but what does any of this page have to do with Indoctrination Theory...or frankly Mass Effect in general?

Speaking of the Chakram Launcher, I've had that in SP since the game came out and I've never used it. Is it a good gun?

A true challenge.

Sounds like a section of the Sloth ring of hell, where people who were invalid in life are forced to work non-stop for eternity.

Well, Australian Cuttlefish have risen to the surface and started mind-manipulating people on the coast of Southern Australia, locals have witnessed these people become "servants" and start attacking other as if they were "zombies"...

Guess this really is the end of the world.

Damn, I should really plead my case that ambulance drivers are hardly an invalid form of life. Although I guess it depends on how Satan views humanitarianism.

I used it in Omega. It's okay. Kinda interesting, but the delay on the explosions reduces its ability to provide instant stopping power.
