Bleurgh, I have no idea how that's even possible. Then again, it's sythesis. It doesn't need to make sense, just look at the pretty pictures of people with weird glowing eyes!

Maybe they do, and we just haven't seen it? Also, isn't that how the solanum virus turns people undead? According to the zombie survival guide, the virus manifests inside the brain and forms some kinda fungus that controls the most basic actions of the person's body. My memory's a bit hazy though, so I don't remember quite rightly.

this reminds me of every "doomsday" we ever had where nothing happens. 2000, 06,06,06 and etc.

could be that Kaiden is having dreams about all the Shepards that killed him and may even be living an alternate timeline where there are memorials idolizing his biotic abilities and knowing that "it's just not right."

i would very much like that, but i know i wont be the awesome guy with a shotgun who gets the girl, i´ll most likely be a decapitated zombie

Was there ever any doubt?

well yes actually. In fact I should do a poll surrounding that because in the poll I did with LI and joker 75% chose the LI. So between Ashley and Kaiden the same must hold true that 75% will save their love interest.  The others either had Liara as a love interest or chose the opposite character. Later I'll put something together on this.

Why even bother?

Because they want to change our minds because they are probably subconciously uncomfortable and insecure about their preferred choice when people tell them time and again that the choice is not intelligent from an in-game lore perspective.
CosmicGnosis says it's because control and synthesis keep getting attacked so he wants to make threads that attack Destroy. It just creates more antagonism on BSN and solves nothing. Nobody ends up changing their mind in the discussion anyway. It's just back and forth, back and forth.

Kasumi has a greybox of her own which retains her memories of Kejii, while Shepard's LI doesn't. With the new Synthesized greybox, Kasumi is able to connect with him in a new way in the form of a fully sentient hologram version of Kejii, while the LI still has to rely on just their memories (or buy the Shepard VI).

Sure, because that is the most likely scenario for life turning into survival...
You are more likely going to live through earthquakes, floods, famines, pandemic deseases (that do not turn you into a zombie), nuclear meltdowns and/or any kind of war.
