The above scene wouldnt have to be the only thing in the ending. You could easily have a scene of people mourning the dead, Shepard him/herself id alive paying his respects to all the people close to him/her who died, before it cuts to a more of a celebration.

Maybe not in style with the above, but I could easily see the survivors gathering for a drink (Shepard has a few offers on a drink after this which has to be followed  up on) or similar as despite the losses it is over now, for good.

A bittersweet ending would be appropiate I think when it is all over.

Apart from little lore breaks like Garrus eating a terrestrial water melon with the whole amino acid thing, and a living Mordin in the same shot as a baby Krogan, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the above image. 

The game needs some light relief after the pure concentrated grimness of Priority London. Here's to the next DLC!

I guess, but you could at least plug some Mass Effect related stuff. Like how the MP challenge is going, or theroies and stuff, or a song or something. Oo! add that to the end of the world  playlist.
