He clearly isnt your friend if you arent on a first name basis, Fur. No cheating.

Maybe Mister is his first name. Posted Image

That still wouldnt be the strangest first name I've ever seen. When I was a kid, my best friend's first name was just the letter M.

That would be sad.

Again, CE-exclusive content. At least it wasn't worth the extra bucks, unlike the hoodie to some extent. Posted Image

Oh yes, the Robot dog that did absolutely nothing but stomp up and down the cargo bay and occasionally fall over. He was woth the extra cost of the CE wasn't he? I foolishly thought he might actually be of some use in battle, like the dogs in Dragon Age.

Oh well, all the more reason to pick destroy. <_<

i have the upmost respect towards Mr. Federico Sanchez Flores, and calling him for his first name is an insult to his Grandfather who fought in the war to gain that Last Name

So you call him by his middle name? Your story isnt adding up here.

what middle name?
i gave his first name and 2 last names

I see what you mean, and I can work with that. For example, top pic if Mass Effect wins something, and bottom pic when Bioware teases us with info. Is that what you mean?

Pretty much, yeah.

All right. Then that's what I'll do.Posted Image

I've never played any Baldurs Gate games. I should some time.

I found BG1 quite slow, BG2 though... man.  It was ridiculously huge, and gave me an entirely new perspective on the D&D stuff.  Still one of my favourite rpgs of all time, alongside Shadowrun on the SNES.

Plus a lot of the battles you faced in it were non-linear - you could start certain quests or make certain encounters when you were woefully unprepared for them early in the game, then go back 50+ hours later and clean house.

Edit:  speaking of BG2, and D&D... the Reapers really are just Bioware's (giant space-age) take on the Aboleth, aren't they?  Read the society description - you'll see what I mean...

EDIT 2:   HOLY S**T.  Abolethic Sovereignity??    Posted Image

I reckon if I ever played a male Warden I would go for Morrigan, she's cool. I really enjoyed her character development. But sad ending for her.

I think if I ever play through it again, I'll probably go with Alistair... But I wanted to do a mage one too, so I dunno. It's such a long game though..

I can defs understand why people thought DA2 was ****.

Yes BG2 was superb. And coincidentally, was chock full of meaningful dream sequences, and characters that turned out to be something other than what they first appeared to be.

Not that Bioware makes a habit out of such methods of storytelling...

It would be?  LOL.  You should talk with some of the staff in a hospital's labor and delivery ward sometime.  The worst one I ever heard was about a Mexican couple that didn't speak any English.  They heard an English word, and they thought it was pretty, so they named their daughter that.  A few of the nurses spoke Spanish, told them what it meant, tried desperately to talk them out of it... but they went ahead and named their daughter Vagina.

But it's Byne's thread, so I should do what Byne wants.
Besides, neither are the genuinely happy pic: the top is excited and the bottom is happily anticipating

Me too until DA2.  Crazy skank.  If she didn't completely suck at her job, things wouldn't have exploded both literally and figuratively.  Now I stick to Alistair if I'm playing a female human, or just go single and die at Denerim if not.

Thats... unfortunate. The fact that you could remove an n from Clint and get a sexual word sucked enough in high school. I cant imagine anyone actually be named Vagina.

Maybe she'll go to a Spanish school where nobody else knows what it means. ASlso, never thought of that way to insult your name.

You cant hold DA2 against her. Its not her fault the writers went insane.

I did like that she's basically the only character in the game who came out looking better in DA2 than they did in DAO. Isabela doesnt count since they just completely redesigned everything about her.

Fur, as a friendly piece of advice, ditch Mr. Sanchez. He's reminding me of Chris' pimple in that Family Guy episosde.
