Morrigan is great. Miranda would be lucky to be compared to her.

Morrigan complains everytime you pass up the chance to set a box of kittens on fire.  She's not a pragmatist, she's just a ****.  And I'm with Shale on the "why are we trusting the swamp witch about what that book says?" thing.  My particular favorite is how she gets offended if the Connor demon tries to make a deal with her, saying she's not stupid enough to make deals with demons.  What happens when the Warden refuses to hand over the little girl's soul to "Kitty"?  Even if the Warden made the deal that the girl goes free and kitty is the one who backs out of it, any outcome except helping the desire demon steal a child's soul?  The same thing that happens every time you pass on raping and murdering an orphan: Morrigan disapproves.

Ooh DAO discussion! I played a female elf arcane warrior on hard mode last time I played through the game. Theyre a fun class that just start tearing through everything after about lvl 12.

I should clarify that I think Morrigan is a great and interesting character. I almost never agree with her on anything, but I do enjoy her character. Plus, the scene where she finally admits she considers the warden a friend always makes me happy.

Miranda is just bland as hell. I'm not as interested in great asses as the average person, so I never found anything appealing about her.

Oh, I have the Witch Hunt DLC, so my Male Warden met up with Morrigan again.

Though i dont particularly reccomend that DLC. It isnt very good.

Exactly, she has the most amazing character development if you become friendly or higher with her. Kind of like Jack. But way more complex.

Also, if you're somewhat abrupt and mean to her at the Denerim goodbye, she gets really emotional. I smiled.

Yknow, the weird thing about Leliana's Song is that when you're in the dungeons, one of the people you release is an elven woman with the same name as the City Elf warden's supposedly dead mother. Nothing ever comes from it though.

Reminds me of the fact that you can run into the daughter of the elven woman in the human noble origin, but you cant talk to her or help her out or anything. She's just a random named NPC in the Denerim alienage.
