They didn't even add a bar in Omega, somewhere that could definitely have one.

I would assume the brain or heart made it because it is used as a power source -

for a power source...

But I can't think of a reason why either would affeect which options you have in literal.

I'm really happy with this alcohol news. I mean, I love alcohol, and, to me, this signifies only one thing; the Rio bar...which means IT (hopefully) 

The DLC is obviously a huge one, thus the gargantuan effort from 8/9 writers. If it's still in the confines of the Reaper war...it's pretty stupid if there's a fully detailed bar someplace we've yet to go to...but afterwards it is perfect...

Think about it! After the DLC we get the true ending to the reaper war, everyone is happy. After the credits we are on the beach in Rio......all of our living squaddies from all games are there and other major characters. We can have a proper send off with proper closure. God damn this is my WWWIIIIIIISSSSSHHHHHH
