Aye.  And the entire intro sequence reeks of it.  Easily the weakest part of the game.

Because this theory is a theory made in spite of Bioware and Mass effect 3.
Fans were so disappointed they tried to find a way for it to make sense and if there were hidden meanings.

IT was created.
Even now people post in here to remind Bioware that their vision sucks, even if they don't know it.
By keeping this insult to Bioware's artistic integrity on the front page everyone is mocking on Bioware's work.
Like lets say the guys who first came up with the basic vampires saw Twilight.
IT to Mass effect 3 is what Twilight is to vampires, for the people behind them over the years.

Edit: To be serious though - you could relate the no running and danger of falling signs to synthesis - but that might be just our bias. I'm not sure what that circular arrow hitting someone on the head is supposed to mean.

By the way - the codex says that the Elcore communicate via infrasound (among other means).... And it is also can be wrong - it says that the incident with the Geth led to legal sactions against AI, but it is wrong - the AI were banned even before.

Yes, but is they can communicate through it - they can detect, destinguish and possibly understand the infrasound that does indoctrinate - they can be used to spot indoctrination devices and indoctrinated agents )
