Not to mention he's incorrect. Most people seem happy enough with ME3's ending now. Which is still bizzare.
Not as bizzare as someone who dislikes something, yet can't stop talking about it or visiting websites dedicated to it to continually proclaim how much he dislikes it. But oh well, trolls be trollin'.

well to be fair...sometimes this thread can be like that too, using argumentum ad populum I mean, although at least we have some evidence that could be supportive of IT, though I think it is also fair to say that much of that same evidence could also be attributed to glitches and bugs and development overwight and whatnot. Still, I prefer to take the more optimistic route.Andromidius wrote...

I tried it and the sounds are familiar to each other. But I am not really sure if they are the same. I guess the menu sound lacks the last part of the metallic scratching of the breath scene.CmdrShep80 wrote...
You know I bet if I listened to the extracted title file I would probably hear the same sound. Restrider never got back to me about it. I don't know if Spot tried yet.
What kind of headphones do people use?
However, the menu sound was not really easy to listen to since it is very quiet.
thanks! What headphones are you using?
Some remote stereo headphones, nothing special.

I don't see that. Its based on what's in the games rather then what the audience thinks. I've never seen an argument based on whether or not we liked the endings or not.

I'm saying that's kind of what the general literalist argument entails: our evidence could also be explained by developer oversight and, of course, "bad writing."Andromidius wrote...

IMO, "Bad writing" is often subjective except in certain obvious cases like say "The Room" or "Dungeons and Dragons," the movie, not the game.

Except that (1) Many of our "bad writing" or "might be a glitch" pieces of evidence just aren't how glitches work (Most of the Carnifex/Predator stuff throughout the ending) and would actually require extra work to make it the way it is (The shadows during the TIM and Anderson discussion, each one is pointing a different discussion and thus needs a different light source) and (2) any glitches or bugs should have been fixed in the EC.

As you should. The Stormcloaks are playing right into the Thalmor's hands. Theres even a journal at the Thalmor compound saying they view Ulfric as an asset because he weakens the Empire at a crucial time.

How much time do you need for a Skyrim playthrough, if you take your time and are new to the game (excluding any DLC)?
Doing almost everything, main quest, every faction, many sidequests?
The average should be 200 hours.

A massive amount of Time. Maybe a couple of days in-game if you want to experience every aspect of the game.Restrider wrote...

Speaking of which, I've noticed that Leviathan took me 4 hours, and Omega took me six hours. Those two DLC's added ten more hours for me. Assuming that since they are throwing out all the stops for this DLC, I wonder if this next DLC will take 8-10 hours. If this really has massive plot implications, I would assume that conversations would make up a good chunk of it.

Yeah, I wonder. If it's an IT reveal, it could be anywhere from Suicide Mission length ~1:15 to a full expansion - and it seems more like an expansion to me.401 Kill wrote...

I used to play Skyrim, then I built a weapon that one shots everything on Master difficulty (insanity equivalent), then I quit Skyrim and came back to Mass Effect. Got bored.
Talk about using math to break an RPG.
