It's horrible what happened in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. However, I believe that many more lives would have been lost on both sides had the US decided not to do so. The japanese would have thought until the end, possibly losing hundreds of thousands of soldiers. The US would have likely won in the end, but at what cost? Millions of young men?

Ruthless calculus at it's strongest.Posted Image

Unfortunately. However, ruthless calculus is one of the main parts of war. Even today.

Jason's slow descent into madness was amazing, I don't know what you're talking about.

I will admit, that was interesting. It was like Stephen King's The Shining of video games in that regard.

The end choice was pretty interesting. Jason could decide to either live (and die) as the man he's become, or he can try to live as the man he once was.

Both of those options are bad.

Not really. It depends on the player, and what option fits best with him.

My grandfather was in the Danish resistance too! He was a sniper or a marksman, not sure which, and sadly that's all I know, as he never tells stories, and isn't all there anymore Posted Image

Was he also trained in Britain and then smuggled into Denmark? Mine was.

My great-grandfather was a Partigiano, one of the good guys that opposed the Fascist regime here in my region.

I'm sure your great.grandfather was a good man but the partigiani weren't really good people, not all of them anyway

Isn't that a bit of a spoiler?

Anyway, I have to agree. I also couldn't kill my friends and girl/boyfriend, no matter what someone would offer me.

Yup. It's a bit of twisted irony, actually. In the end, Jason became the very thing he hated most.

Ironic deaths have always been some of the best deaths. For example, Mordin curing the genophage.

jason didnt die in my ending, he just needs lots of therapy

lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of therapy.

Killing one man is already hard enough (I can vouch for that), but as many as Jason did? Bleurgh. PTSD will be the least of his worries.

Does anyone know if you can do side missions in ME2 after the suicide mission? Things like N7 missions and such.

Except that the villian choices have you die, and the hero choice has you live.

Yes, you can do any mission after the Suicide mission.

Yay! Now I can bring Legion more places than the suicide mission and LotSB!
