If you are talking about adding your name to the list, that should be done.
Next time I see Lex, I've got to ask if I can get on it.

good points. Though I think the 7% thing is because Shepard is indoctrinated and no current VI but vendetta or vigil can correctly detect this therefore Shepard's personality matrix is becoming difficult to predict due to symptoms the VI can't correctly interpret. The paranoia, the voices, the nightmares. Plus why doesn't the VI say: Hello Commander Shepard. I am a VI modeled after you. It's because it can't recognize Shepard any longer based on the prior personality matrix it is using (the non-indoctrinated Shepard)

Is it too little, too late? Many of my friends who played the game have already moved on to other games and franchises.
I'm worried that their supposed 'genius troll' harms them more than it actually gives them credit.

They've already bought the game and played it. If they didn't like the ending, a DLC such as an IT DLC would only benefit them if they are looking for that. If not, then they could see that Bioware is not a bunch of failures when it comes to writing, or listening to their fans.AuditoreanGhost wrote...

If it has a substantial amount of content, it should be enough to draw just about all people back, I believe - not only because of the major culuminating twist-extending-into-ARG event itself, but because of its potential bang/buck ratio, at a possibly slow season -- especially if it turns out to be included in your original purchase.
ME3 was pushed through development quickly and the campaign was rather short, so I believe this is not unreasonable, financially - it would concievably bring both of the aforemented up to previous titles and I am inclined to believe it budgeted all along (...although possibly with an out-clause, for EA, should sales disappoint).
It should also give a new opportunity to hawk intermediate DLC, to players who have not yet chosen to buy it - possibly as a bundle, with a slight discount.
I also expect an official announcement of the next game in the franchise, to surf in shortly after, on the wave of generated press.
(EDIT: "Third" DLC, btw? I expect at least one other story DLC, before the big one.)

I count: Leviathan, Omega and this yet unknown dlc as the large ones.
As of the IT: I'm a heavy supporter of the Indoctrination Theory, although I support some bits of the Puzzle Theory( If that was the one promoting a successfull refuse). If EA/Bioware would bundle the DLC's (Levi, Omega, Unknown DLC) together, let's say that 30 dollars for them, It could prove to be a choice worth taking. I didn't buy the DLC's due to the backslash of the ending.
Although they could do this: If the rumour are true and this upcoming DLC is the 'Citadel DLC', they could yet again give the theorists a bone. Then again, the anniversary of the release is fast approaching.

Or would the Citadel DLC just add even more hints to IT that it borderline confirms it without it doing so, and the next one after would be the last and would be the IT DLC we all hope for?

TLDR: As certified nerds, Bioware would have expected us to get these references to forced transhumanism and mind games from other franchises, and thus reject synthesis - particularly with the not-so-subtle clue, of lurid green light representing it.

I would imagine the second one out of those options. The "Citadel" DLC may not do anything too useful for IT, but the one with all the writers and 3 composers sounds promising indeed. I mean, if it's that hardcore, it should be on par with the game itself no? Like an expansion!OneWithTheAssassins wrote...

Let's say that Bioware pulls the unexpected: Makes a reunion scene, extends the War Assets, Free Roam after Endings, confirms IT, adds an Harbinger Boss fight (Maybe use the Thanix Cannon for god's sake) etc. etc.
What would happen next?

Yep, that's the one.
I'm going refuse from an IT angle, myself, although I try to resist defending that here, because of the prevalence of some rather... "ingrained" ideas, among many regulars -- I'd rather avoid conflict.
In spite of my personal interpretation; If there is an IT reveal, I may prefer to be wrong and see a new fifth path added, as the one way to truly reject indoctrination -- I'd rather nobody is right, because I'll abide any number of bad losers over even a single bad winner.
