Well.. it plays before the ReneInterrupt.. at this point Sheps death is uncertain, it would fit better if it played while the camera focuses on the console

Side note: Another topic for discussion is "When TIM shoots Shep, why does he die and not wake up, like a real life person? Is he killed by an outside-the-dream force like Harby? But if we assume that the beam run isn't real either, there is no outside force present that would kill Shep!"

Random thing I just noticed: The word "crucible" is used another time. About to cure the genophage, and I was reading Tuchanka's description. "Life fed upon life in an evolutionary crucible."

It almost certainly mean nothing, but it reminded me what crucible really means, and how it supports IT.

They released the pictures in late 2010, before the VGAs (= before ME3s announcement) on facebook and twitter

Few more questions, as I am both slow and stupid to remember. And that I don't have the guts to go back to ME3 with the current ending..

1. Can you still shoot the gun when it's not held bu Shepard? If so, is there any other cutscene where Shepard isn't holding a weapon and that can be fired?

2. Can we see the injury anywhere before Shepard shoots Anderson? I mean, does he hold his side after the blast? Surely they would show the injury as it seems to have some signifigance.

3. When being woken up by the Catalyst, does Shepard have his/her gun? Can we see him/her lose it? Is it just a game mechanic, as Shepard seems to have the magical ability to conjure up weapons.

4. There is no way for anyone to survive Harbinger's beam, even when it nearly misses. It cuts ships in half, so how the heck s/he didn't die?

5. Is the rebal/cable -debate cleared, or is it still inconclusive?

Hey! I really love the idea of IT. I've seen a lot of the documentaries on youtube and, though I'm on the fence about several specific pieces of evidence, I find the overall theory very compelling. It makes sense given how indoctrination is presented and carried out in all three games. I really want IT to be true and I think it would be a phenomenal way to end the series...that being said, I'm not too optimistic about Bioware getting on board and confirming it through a Project-X type DLC. But if they did, I think it would be one of the most amazing endings to a video game I've ever seen.

I check-in with this thread periodically because I really enjoy the IT discussions- you guys have really fruitful conversations about everything ranging from overarching themes to really minor details in the game, and it's been fun watching pieces of evidence being introduced into this thread over the past few months.

Ultimately, regardless of what Bioware does, IT is my headcanon ending.

Thanks. Did you read the post at the top of this page? It shows that Bioware has done similar things in the past, if you want to see it.
