has anyone done a 'flycam' of the 'council' chamber after the reapers attacked on earth and shep sent flying backwards? if so can some check the dead bodies?
I can't, but where are you going with this?
i just played through the opening mission - and at the council chamber when the reaper attacked you see shepard blown backwards.....but what happened to anderson......?
he reappears at the wrong end of the room. he was right next to shepard. just a sec..while i check footage.....yep he was right next to shepard.... yet shep was knocked out - anderson is virtually unscathed. and lucid - while shep is all.....foggy.

Mmm. Good point. And Shepard is supposed to be much tougher then a normal human due to the cybernetics, and Anderson is 'getting old' as he'd put it.
as the camera pans across as shep takes the weapon theres a kind of weird camera 'jump' half way...as if they dont want you to see 'something' on the floor....keep it hidden.

shepards 'a little soft around the edges' at this point:P
I see that thread went a bit off-topic so let's speculate some more.....
Probably this was discussed before but nevertheless:
Let's look at these two pictures:
Am I the only one who think that scenes are connected in some specific way? That they are happening outside Shepard's mind?
And this makes me concerned.
This happens right after question about the Crucible. I don't know if that means something important but look at those shifty eyes. I think that Leviathan doesn't tell us everything.

leviathans control the reapers. 3 leviathans. 3 different ending projections. speculations.

Yep! That all-fours pose is only used four times in the series: Overlord, when Shepard first enters the digital world, Arrival, when Shepard is hit by Object Rho, and the two you posted. Interesting indeed.
It's also worth noting that Leviathan uses each of the three people during specific things it's talking about, like Ann is the primary, and Hadley is for their history and such. He uses fake-Garneau when talking about the Crucible and some other interesting things. It's noteworthy because he represents deception, as it wasn't really Garneau.

Yarp. I made the connection with fake-Garneau a while back. Definite symbolism. Like a hammerblow to the head, not subtle at all.

Now that I've just watched it again, he also talks about Shepard being special, his victories being more than chance, and the betrayal of the Intelligence and the creation of Harbinger.
Cool! Never use anything but HVB and Piercing Mod on it, you can shoot through anything. A useful tip: The target's red outline only appears if you can shoot them, so you'll never have to guess how much cover you can shoot through!

And when it declares there was no mistake with creating The Intelligence... Shepard doesn't press for answers?
tributes... oh dear god it was there all along.... the reapers are tributes.. living tributes..thats the harvest. gathering together the dominant race inside a reaper shell......a living tribute.

Mmm. Interesting thought.
Perhaps the Reapers are making sure that tribute will always flow from every worthy race by immortalising them as Reapers. Thus the race will never die, and tribute will continue to flow.
Its twisted, but makes a weird sort of sense. Which is why Leviathan doesn't consider it a failure.
Leviathan also says "we will make them our slaves". Maybe that's the plan, and they still think they can retake control over their creations? And that Reaper they 'kill' over the ocean was merely disabled, and they are enslaving it?

That's actaully the word I've been looking for to describe the Reapers: tribute. The Reapers themselves are tributes to the race they once were, in a very twisted way. Kind of like building a statue of a famous person, you're not preserving them, but you're remembering them, or honouring them, or... something.
It's very messed up and twisted, but it makes sense. Kind of like having a loved pet stuffed after they die. But you kill them instead. Then you get new pets and do it again. And again, and again. You're doing good because you're preserving them all. That's why the true Reaper inside the cuttlefish shell looks like the species it was made from. It's creepy as hell, but I think I understand it now.

So Leviathans sacrificed themselves as a tribute to themselves?

did they? did they die out? really? reaper shells...lots of reaper shells.. indoctrinating....just like squidhead.
yay.... top.... again. suck on that squidface.
