I guess due to fear of offending religious people? It's a nice scene though. It shows some of Shepard's internal struggles, and Shepard makes a joke too.Pascal219 wrote...
True! And wow! Never caught that quote, to wrapped up in reading that scene. I'd say there's some more foreshadowing there. I wonder why this was cut?

Definitely ending foreshadowing.
Just like:
Garrus: Don't forget to come up for air, there's a lot more war to go.
and
Anderson: Shepard. So I imagine you've wiped the galaxy clean of Reapers, and we can all come up for air?
I think that the publisher might disagree with you, as it possibly would hurt sales.Pascal219 wrote...

Haha yeah and a funny one too. This will sound a little silly, but BioWare shouldn't care about offending people and just make the game they want to maken.

It's just funny out of context, that's all. But Shepard is having some serious existential crises here. Ties in with the VI comment on Chronos. Interesting.estebanus wrote...

Does the Omega DLC have citadel parts in it?, those may be the files found in Leviathan
They cut all the files that weren't part of the Omega DLC yes, BioWare seems to be getting better at preventing datamining.
Also, I just read the Ashley deleted scene, and read something kind of funny.
"Hate the colors. Hate the reminder of... the end, Y'know?"
what a shame it wasn´t in the final product. I´m catholic and in no way was i offended. Besides it´s a videogame situaded in a fictional universe, who caresBansheeOwnage wrote...

We might not be able to cite it as evidence, but it does give us insight into the mindset that the writers had during development.
Finding the negatives, acknowledging them, then dissecting these negatives is better than to simply ignore them.CoolioThane wrote...

They are a team after all. We can't know for sure either way, but it ties in with other important things throughout the game, unrelated to Ashley, so if I had to I'd guess more than one of them was involved.Dwailing wrote...
Actually, I do mean ALL the writers. This might just be one scene, but looking at it in the context of the rest of the game starts to reveal certain patterns that hint at something else.
