I personally liked the endings, sure I believe they are only Good to a Exceptionaly Excelent game/trilogy, but they are quite good and even better with the EC.

But I also feel the same about the Catalyst, somehow that kid just ruins it a bit for me.... that and the dream sequences :/

Not quite, the explanation which came with the EC and later Leviathan is flawed. His argument before was basically "it can happen and therefor with unlimited time it will happen", which is a fact.

You can make peace with the Geth and Quarians disproving this, and I still believe that the real reason the Reapers harvest in the first place is so they can become stronger and create more Reapers. I do not trust this "Catalyst" you do, so I think we are at a stalemate.

This isn't page 50 of Mk 1.  Not everything we say is supposed to be proof of IT.  Sometimes we're just speculating and chatting.  Having that diced apart by somebody who thinks every bit of speculation amongst ourselves needs a "voice of reason" is in no way positive.
