Nope. It is basing the "idea" on infinite time, and logic dictates if infinite time is available it will happen. There is peace now, but organics and synthetics are too different to ever exclude the possibility of a disagreement which escalates into the destruction of one of the participants.

And the Catalyst bases hs entire premise that only organics will be destroyed.  On Rannoch it becomes evident that this is not the case.  The Catalyst is wrong, sorry.

And the only reason they had to fight the zha'til in the first place was because the Reapers corrupted them.

The Reapers cause most of the problems with synthetics.

We may create synthetics, but the Reapers strengthen them and make sure they try to eliminate organics with deadly efficiency.
