Especially considering the possibility of expanding the mole plot, and the War Room's guard talking about getting revenge for the salarians doing nothing. (Which isn't 100% true.)BleedingUranium wrote...

There were only two times I felt my Shepard acted in a way I didn't want him to: Joker's joke after Thessia, but we all know why that was, and not being able to even get mad at Linron, and that's ignoring everything else I'd want done to her.
Ditto, and one more: when the salarian councilor calls Shepard after curing the genophage, and implies he'd have Shepard killed if Shepard hadn't saved his life. Do the words "verbal ****slap" sound about right?
Oh rightDamn, they're really setting up future content with the Salarians.
I know! Lex I think we needed you. This lack of info is having is tear each other apart. I can't think of anyone that I don't like around here, so suck it up and deal with it. For just a bit longer people. We have to get DLC news soon.lex0r11 wrote...

And if you did, you don't anymore because he cheats on you.
It left me thinking that it's a ruse. They only sacrificed some ground troops. Husks. Byne already said the reapers would obliterate the facility from orbit if it was actually a threat. I mean, the reapers know exactly what TIM is doing, he's indoctrinated! Something the Child said is actually true. "He could never have taken control because we already controlled him." Control is too vague and ambiguous to trust. The risk it too high, even if indoctrinated agents didn't want to do it.draconian139 wrote...
Like Steelcan after Sanctuary I was left with the impression that control was possible although I felt that it was ambiguous whether it was actually achieved or not. Prior to this mission I HATED Cerberus and TIM, ME2 royally ticked me off in many ways, I would have turned the Normandy over to Ashley and the Alliance on Horizon. I thought that TIM was an utter fool to believe that he could ever control the reapers right up until Sanctuary.
The Reapers attacking their base changed my opinion on the feasibility of control, if it wasn't possible and the Reapers were secure in this knowledge why would they do this? Just leave the foolish humans to their delusions, it only makes things easier for the Reapers. It left me with the impression that either Cerberus succeeded or that they got close enough to give the Reapers a scare.

I also wished i could´ve recruited her, most of my playthroughts have Jacob dead, just because he´s so blank.draconian139 wrote...

It depends, her comment about it being a shame that he wasn't with me and implying that that'd be a good enough reason to join up with the Normandy again had me cracking up.
Edit: It also had me wishing I actually could recruit Jacob to get her on board. I loved her character's sense of humor and I sort of saw Garrus and her as my Shep's best two friends.

Well if it could overpower their own indoctrination I think they'd want to study itAndromidius wrote...

Why? The information is worthless to them. They are already masters of indoctrination and enthrallment. Its a ruse.

Whatever dude. Whatever. You carry on.
Because those Reapers that slaughtered all Cerberus personal TOTALLY were overpowered and under Cerberus control, am I right? I mean TIM's goal is to have his own troops massacred, and his chief researcher killed, isn't it?

Because every party needs a rogue.
