I second this.  The question for me is not IF IT is real, but rather WHEN it will be confirmed so that we can stop arguing with those frakking Literalists.

About that. I often remember all their pre-release marketing. Especially the part where Mass Effect 3 is the best entry point and introduction to the trilogy. And if there was a best time to start being a mass effect fan - it is now.

That actually makes a lot of sense if IT. Face it. After they release something that furthers the story - it will never be as cool anymore. We are actually very fortunate, since we got to expirience the IT.

It is on par with Luke, I'm your father! from the Empire Strikes Back. Imagine - all those children that startet to watch starwars with the Phantom Menace (and everyone after that EVER) - will never even understand what made the starwars great in the first place, when there was only two of them. Think about it. EVER. We are the last generation that will know the original Starwars Trilogy as THE Trilogy. (and not only because of the number of movies.)

Picking up Mass Effect after the IT reveal will be like wanting to show yourgirlfriend "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" - because she hasn't seen it yet (and none of the james bonds except the most recent ones) and right before you push play some one will walk in and say - "What's that you're going to watch? On her Majesty's Secret Service? That's the one where his bride dies at the end, right?"

Good analogy, but I have to admit that Daniel Craig is my favorire James Bond so far.

Indeed. This could even be the catalyst for people accepting that video games are as valid as books and movies as a storytelling medium. I'm honoured to be part of something so special.

Yknow, this Mordin thing reminded me:

There needed to be an option to tell Wrex and Eve about the sabotage in the truck, and still kill Mordin.

That way, you'd gain salarian support, and never lose Wrex's support. He'd already have heard the recording he uses to prove you're guilty, and have no reason to believe you actually followed through on the sabotage.

Thats what a true renegade would do.

Have you seen what happens if you betray Mordin? Saddest scene in the game, by far, in my opinion.

Note how the stuff coming out of the Shroud is green and is poisoning the atmosphere? Then the genophage is a neutral yellow. Why is it that almost every single light green thing in ME is bad?

Skyfall just sucks. Almost as much as Dark Night Returnes, which they try really hard to be.

I believe that IT is also basically true, waiting for the inevitable content that will speak for itself.

I may be wrong, but I doubt it.

Shepard: Every time we've talked about this before, you've defended the genophage!
Shepard: Hell, I had to talk you into saving Maelon's data! How can you change your mind now?
Mordin (yelling): I made a mistake!
Mordin (calmed down, speaking normally): I made a mistake... focused on big picture. Big picture made of little pictures. Too many variables.
Mordin: Can't hide behind statistics. Can't ignore new data. My responsibility. Need to go. Running out of time.

It's Dark Knight Rises, not Returns. And you are wrong, on both counts. For me, the worst of the 007 films was the Sir Roger Moore's later films, like Moonraker. That and Live and Let Die.

No, It is you who are wrong on both cases.

Live and let die is actually the first of the Roger Moore's Bond films, And Moonraker is the fourth. Out of seven.

As for getting the title for the TDR wrong - i don't really care what it is called, since it is just an awfull movie.

My top three Salarians are:

1: Mordin Solus
2: Padok Wiks (mostly for this scene)
3: Morlan and his Famous Shop

About the genophage cure: I never tell Wrex/Eve about them asking me to sabotage it, this is despite never even considering sabotaging it.  I just always worried about the information that the Salarians wanted it sabotaged getting back to the Krogans as a whole and leading to another conflict later.

I trust Wrex enough to tell him. He deserves to know. Plus it'll let him know that at least a part of the salarian government might try something again, so he should keep an eye on them and not be too trusting.

I knew Live and Let Die was earlier, but it was just so bad(I'm going to fight a man brought back to life by voodoo). Sir Roger Moore was my least favorite Bond(you're a spy, don't try to be funny) and the movies he was in were just stupid(I'm going to stop a madman from killing us with a laser on the Moon less than two decades after the first man landed on the thing) There were a couple exceptions, like Man with the Golden Gun, that were really good so he wasn't all bad. Meanwhile Danial Craig goes back to the glory days of Bond where he wasn't a comedian and a pretty face, and takes place in a time where as M(I'll miss youPosted Image) states is the time spies are most needed because you're enemies don't appear on a map anymore.

I'm not saying you have a terrible taste in movies, just we disagree on some. Different opinions and all that.

Edit: Top four times today.

Why the...  whatever face that is?  It's a great scene.  It doesn't mean Shepard kills him or sabotages the genophage (though you have to be on the path to do so).  I love the emotion Mordin displays there.  Even in the med bay in ME3, he still defends his decisions about the genophage earlier and says he didn't make a mistake, just new circumstances.  Here he finally lashes out with the truth.  The regret and remorse that's been eating away at him.  And now, his chance to set things right.  One he's willing to die for.  He's a great man and a wonderful character.  I didn't particularly care for Mordin's new VA, but only because I was used to his old one, the new one did a tremendous job.
