Wait wait wait wait. IF the only way to activate Vendetta in the Beacon on Thessia. You had to have the Prothean cipher. How in the hell did the Protheans expect for the other races in the next cycle, or cycles to come to unlock Vendetta? It makes no sense. Also I was watching a video when Shepard is in the temple, and nobody notices that the Prothean statue is glowing, except Shepard. Then Shepard slowly approaches the beacon, and closes her eyes. Now what's funny it usually Shepard is in pain when ever he/she feels the beacon/ activates it, but this time it didn't.

Yeah, I pointed that out in another thread just recently.  And the Crucible plans that the "Protheans" left for humanity?  They put in a vault that couldn't be cracked until right before the Reapers invaded.  Either the Protheans were too retarded to put their boots on by themselves, or it's all a Reaper setup.

The Protheans did expect some Protheans to survive into the current cycle, more than just one.  They also overestimated the rate at which communications would develop, see Javik's comments on email and about the beacon hen he is first on the Normandy

Yeah. I can relate too sometimes. They thought people would be more competent - their first mistake. Posted Image

Liara (of course) magically discovering this moments after the reapers arrive is just a plot contrivance, nothing more.  I like how TIM calls this out in his conversation.

That was their hope, but they realized the plan could fail and that other organics would need help.  At least that's what Vigil's team realized.  I'm fairly certain whichever Protheans were responsible for Thessia's beacon also realized it.  It's not exactly E=MC2.

Guys, I got the wallpaper done, but I can't upload it to my photobucket because of the stupid 1024 limit on my ancient account.

I have to go now, so feel free to suggest a site to drop this thing on, while I'm gone. Something easy. Can I drop it anywhere without having to register? It's 1920x1200.

I'll read it in the morning.

Toodles!

. Even more surprising given their disdain of all things non Prothean, aka, a sick love child between Machiavelli, Spence, and Darwin.

Another thing I find interesting. Vendetta says their is a master behind the Reapers? How does he know/ come upon this info? I mean yes there is a leader, but how do they know the Reapers are being controlled?

Pretty sure their hatred of the Reapers far eclipsed their disdain for non-protheans.

Its presence is inferred rather than observed, I. Believe are his exact words

. Racism isn't always a conscious decision.  They may have just assumed that they would have advanced as fast as the Protheans did.

Sure, why not.  I'll go find something better to do than argue against "bad riteing."  Like... pretty much anything, really.

It's almost as convenient as the Crucible plans being fully intact even though the Reapers are famous for cleansing the galaxy of anything that references them.
Reaper1: Allright, we finished wiping out the Protheans on Mars, but we found data for a superweapon that can wipe us out. What do you want us to do with it.
Reaper2: Just leave it, it's not like anybody will find it.
Reaper1: But isn't the planet next door going to have a spacefaring species by next cycle?
Reaper2: I'm sure they'll never even look here with the gift relay we left in this system. Just leave it.

Yeah, right...

Billions of people on Earth believe in the devil(me included), even though there isn't a single piece of evidence for him existing.
Regardless, they wipe out the entire Prothean colony on Mars, yet don't even touch the plans for the Crucible. Hmm...

i scream set up.  isnt it wonderful how tim (cerberus have app... not been there long) has a QEC pad located right next to the artifact?  is it a fluke liara has the information - and KNOWS its a weapon?  then again she states this, but doesnt say who's weapon it is.

Actually Kai Leng carried that little drone that serves as a portable QEC. Oleg uses the same thing on Omega when you're shutting down the reactor. Other than that though, I agree.

Edit: Top five times today.
