You say the quality of the illusion is proportional to the quality of the method (as in perfected/improved). But there is no evidence for that. We only know of random illusions (Cerberus crew on the derelict Reaper and prisoners on Virmire).BansheeOwnage wrote...

If one was improved, I'd suggest it was more likely the other was too. That's what perfecting aims to do.

Who says that the leviathans didn't fell for the same conviction that Shepard is special, that the reapers made onto shepard?
And you know, since we are discussing the possiblity of Shepard getting indoctrinated though the course of ME3 - what do you think happens when you meld minds directly with a person affected by indoctrination? Correct - it passes onto you.
