The Marvel Heroes MMO comes out in Feb/March and is free to play online apparentl which is awesome! Deadpool is one of the starting characters apparently 

Not playing as Deadpool should be considered as a capital crime, I cant wait to buy his game, i´m so preordering is it comes with neat stuff

I thought it refers to the end of the first matrix within the Matrix universe

"The first matrix i designed was quite naturally perfect" that isnt the case in any of the endings which leads me to believe this isnt the case

That's the point, the first Matrix failed, because it was too perfect, "a work of art"
The endings we have are all imperfect, thus most of the players believe it's reality
Neo says it himself: "It's all about choice."

As for the matter if Walters means the end of the first matrix or the end of the first movie, I think both is possible and equally interesting.

Well EDI says she can alter her desires and needs, so I think it depends on those if she enjoys her body or if it's just useful

Its obvious she likes it to some extent, I'm not sure if she likes it more than her ship "body" or if its just the newness of it though.

That is exaclty what i meant. EDI is an AI. And being entirely different from us. In a sense, she is just a mind. But then she is unshackled and gets control of the Normandy. And the normandy becomes her body, But for then she gets herself an actual body, to be able to interact and socialize with people. 

Watch her animations and pose on the bridge - what is she doing? She is using her hands and fingers to operate the cotrols, despite the fact that she can do the same thing simply by thinking it - she IS the normandy. (as i says - that is as close to masturbation as she can get)
