Reading the Desperate Measures codex entry. Talking about destroying mass relays to slow/stop the reapers. Reminding us that doing so kills everyone in-system. They obviously did not forget that. Just like how they did not forget Harbinger...

I recently had the pleasure of watching Mass Effect: Paragon Lost. I do not know how canonical the events depicted in that movie are (towing away Sovereign intact, for instance), but I did notice that they used a sequence with the classic "serve us" Reaper horn with a Reaper "english voiceover." I do not know if that was intended as a translation or if the voiceover has no connection whatsoever to the Reaper sounds in general. Anyway, would "Submit" add any new meaning to the beam run sequence? :-D


As a side note, if Vega had shown half the character growth in the game as he did in that movie, people would probably treat him better. A cameo from Treeya to explain a fraction of what Vega had been through would have worked.

I had a thought, what if renegade ControlShep was fulfilling Cerberus' goals all along with becoming the galaxies apex leader? My memory is fuzzy, but what was cerberus' true goal, outside of controlling the reapers to "further humanity's interests"? Was it to rule with an iron fist, and if so, was ControlShep finishing the illusive mans ambitions?
