It also occurs to me that there were two CAIN's on that rooftop where we destroyed that Hades Cannon (or was it one with two shots?  I don't remember).  I used my one free shot to wipe the floor with a large number of Cannibals.  Given the trouble we have with the Reaper Destroyer guarding the Conduit..... I sorta kinda more than sorta kinda wish Shepard could have just slung that extra CAIN on his back and saved it for when it could have counted.

I think the second one is for people with really bad aim. Does it critical mission failure if you miss both? I always just used the second one for the banshee.

If you can provide a scene where the Seeker swarms are also called Collector Swarms, then you might have a point. Otherwise, the "Collector Swarms" remain unidentified.

Hmmm, sort of confirms my suspicions that maybe Collector swarms could be Collector troops. Bioware should jump at this and add them to gameplay.

Prehaps they simply called them Collector swarms because the turians on Palavan knew were being attacked by the swarms that the Collectors use.

almost done with mass effect 2 just have the DLC left. then just 3 and I start some speculating... by that time most people will have moved on:crying:

this confirms to me is that the energy from the conduit is being
funnelled into the control panels. The only difference between
control/synthesis is whether or not you want to sip from the
indoctrination fountain or say screw it and jump in the indoctrination
reservoir for a swim.

Edit: Or to put it another way-
Synthesis = absolute indoctrination, 80 proof
Control = Michalob Ultra of indoctrination, more control less filling.

Think about it TIM had a little bit of indoctrination buzz going on, but not enough for him to stop fighting the reapers, however in ME3 he has the equivelent of a kegger (because of the remains of the human reaper) and goes blackout indoctrinated.

Requoting because this thread needs more alcohol metaphors. Intoxication Theory and Indoctrination Theory do not have to be mutually-exclusive after all.

You can save it but it disappears when you go on that turret when defending the base just before the run.
