I'm back from the Olympic Park! Managed to see some handball, water polo and athletics. Awesome times!

Awesome! Did you hear the name of the OP this weekend? Olympus. It involves getting a full extraction in London. Posted Image

Now that is awesome! Does it fit with Arian's idea still?

Mp laters?

The Mass Effect Olympics involves a lot of dying, possibly dying, and you-better-have-a-rez-monster-on-your-team-because-you'll-be-dying dying.

On topic, it does fit with Arian's idea. We're getting closer and closer to the end of the sp timeline now.

They may have even finished the timeline in general but are now going back in time and showing us what's happening on Earth before the final assault. Hopefully more light will be shone on why the reapers are coalescing around London before they moved the Citadel. Thoughts on this apparent plothole?

What really? I know the report for Overwatch was overly congratulating everyone, but it didn't sound like we were done. It does seem strange that we're just now hearing the resistance is investigating London after we've supposedly lost Thessia etc. I guess either way they do it, we're still going to learn more about London and than we initially knew.

That always bugged me.

Another thing that always bugs me is how Allers says the Reapers took out Bekenstein.

That means the Reapers have taken out planets in the same cluster as the Citadel, but never bothered with the Citadel until the end of the game.

Unless they have some kind of master plan, not taking the Citadel and shutting down the relay networks makes absolutely no sense.

Especially since to get to Bekenstein, they had to use relays that go to the Citadel first, and then decide not to bother with it.

I'd say either oversight, reaper plan, or both. The reapers preparing things in London before they're supposed to know about the crucible just screams reaper trap. Especially if you listen to this line:
http://www.youtube.c...HSdk8ECmq0#t=5s

Could be for leviathan dlc wise, and they thought it would be best to put it in the Leviathan dlc, but put it in the EC. Just like they have the Script of Leviathan in the EC. I hope it's in it.

I don't think we're done yet, no. But I think we're very close. Like the-Alliance-is-doing-random-strikes-while-Shepard-is-at-Sanctuary close. But London just seems like it's before that I don't know. I mean, it is before that in SP.

Edit: WTF?

Also
is it me, or in the beggining of part two of the comic, TIm is hearing
Reaper vocies inside his head, and the last plaent he sees, is like the
same planet Shepard sees in the Prothean visions?

The
first one seems likely, though the voices seem more like one of
Harbinger's speeches to Shepard than indoctrination. If they aren't
connected, anyway.

The second one can also be true. But is there an importance to it?

It's in his sleep and messages repeated over and over can affect the brain.
It's not just likely it is coming from a Reaper.

Your time is almost at an end.
It is the way of things. It is inevitable.
You can't fight it. You can't avoid it.
You have but two choices. You can hide --
-- or you can accept your fate.
We are your destiny.

I
like how Sarens brother thought that hecan Control them BS, the Reapers
were, and this also helps with the thing I was saying about Cerberus in
ME3. Even though they had their mind in it, you can't control the
people that are being Control by a nother force ( The Reapers) So this
makes TIm wanting to Control the Reapers prove that he is mad of BS.

He also calls the artifact an Evolution Accelarator. Remind you of something? [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/wink.png[/smilie]

Synthesis, and it's funny because in the Comic Saren was starting to be like the Saren we all got to know, and love.
Also
I believe that Bioware had plans to use the Comics, to use in ME3,
Hence why Kai Leng was in ME3, Sanders,Aria fleeing Omega, the HISTORY of
TIM, and Saren, and what changed them, and How in Evolution TIM starts
to do follow in the foot step of Saren's brother, in ME3, but did the
same thing, as Shepard is doing now in ME3. But is telling TIM he can't
Control the Reapers, just as TIM said to Saren's brother, " You can't
Control the super Turians."  Which proves that TIM can't Control the
Reaper ground forces, and his army because the Reapers are Controlling
them, not TIM, and just as Saren's brother thought that he could make his
race the dominate species, TIM is now thinking that by Controlling them
we can make Humanity the greatest species in the galaxy.

No speculations at all, shame, I thought this will clear up the BAD WRITIN in ME3.

So what do you think about this Byne, Otter, Banshee, Arian, TSA, and everyone else.

Hi everyone

I remember in the last tread someone said that an additional flag was set in the destroy ending; this could potentially show that an IT dlc is likely.

Does anyone know if this is true or not?

I don't know, but I think the things you grab in control are labeled as "bad."

Hrmph i can tell if this is sarcasm or satire or not... :P

@masster blaster or and I was half joking about the alcohol analogy- what if the human reaper was the watershed moment that pushed TIM to the otherside?

I think so to TIM's lust for Tech, and power to save Humanity, was releveled at the end of Evolution, and after seeing TIM in ME3, I knew that's how he got Indoctrinated.

Oh and Otter, don't forget some pointed out, that there are Cigerret's near the Proto Reaper, and the only person in that IS HUMAN in ME, that smokes is TIM, so ya that's when hte Reapers got to TIM.

I think there is no way TIM would spend so much time near a reaper unless he was already partially indoctrinated. I don't know why some people think he wasn't before ME3...

All around Chronos station, but particularly near the proto-reaper. Anyway, CT, or anyone else that wants to see, I made a 4-second teaser trailer for a video I'm gonna make (sorry not IT related, just for lulz). It entails changing the Illusive man confrontation to a more humourous tone.

Banshee TIM was exposed to Reaper tech in Evolution, so ya he was, and that's why people don't understand what happened at the end of ME3, unless you payed attention to the story in the game. Because you had to read the Comics, which are like the missing links in ME-ME3/History of ME about the other story in ME that we did not know about unless you read the Codex's and the Comics that Bioware used in ME3.

hence Kai Leng, Sanders, Aria fleeing Omega, and why, what happened, while Shepard was doing this, and the Origins of TIM,  came to be. in ME3 most of the Comics htey used in ME3, maybe not all of it, but the general idea pf the plots in the Coimics

I know that, but the people that play Me for just the action, and don't pay attention to the Story don't understand what happened at teh end, and why they call ME3 bad writing, is throw back at them because they knew what they were doing, but were the fans paying attetion.:D

You can argue that " Well if they were, then why....'
it's because they want us to speculate about the endings, and what do you believe in.

Banshee that's just it. If we can't mention IT to the Literalist, and can't tell them about IT, then there is no point at all in talking to them, well at least for some Literalist.
