Well, that'll certainly get then on board with the idea /sarcasm.

Because people who HATE it will definitely be reasonable enough to rethink things.

Precious people need to be less so.

Who believes in the theory of Beings of Light? It makes sense.

I think the beings of light are the Reapers, using a diffrent name to believe in their carp/BS.

I believe it's a Volus who had too much red sand.

And saw the star child, while he was not himself. ya, but if that's the case, then the Catalyst took on the form of a being of light, and still fould Shepard/ the player into picking Control, and Synthesis.

It's still weird as anything else shot also dies.

Lol nice. Anyway, even if it is true and they wanted to tell us, that would kind of ruin a potential surprise.

Precious people need to be less so.

I find insults(and threats) to be unproductive on an internet forum, I always visualize the people the insults were aimed at laughing as they sit at their keyboard reading.

It's really not wrong for people to hate I.T, I hate suet pudding, does that make me wrong?

It's a matter of taste, not everyone is going to like the same things you like.

I'm pretty sure thats the second time I've seen you use precious in a way that doesnt make any sense to me.

Do we just have different definitions of the word precious or something?

3 meaning of precious

1. Worth keeping, valuable e.g. precious stones

2. Cute, sweet e.g. that kitten is precious

3. Entitled and/or spoilt e.g. that woman is so precious!

Yeah, Precious can mean touchy/soft skinned etc.

And I'm Just saying its stupid to hate IT. Dislike is fine, as I dislike the literalist ending...but hate for an interpretation of a video game is idiotic.

Everyone wants Collectors in MP, but I want Harbinger to be in it too! It would be a very unique thing to fight in MP. He would just randomly assume control. Posted Image

Also as cooliethane said, which i think the post in question meant:

4. Over-reactive, soft-skinned, unable to take a joke

We will never know.
Anyway since you're here, I just wanted to thank you for being what I think more people, especially literalists, should be like: respectful. If there is one thing I've always hated it's people who you can't win an argument against simply because they refuse to listen to your side. So I think I can speak for many people here when I say: Thanks...for not being an idiot. Posted Image

Edit: Also, I think most of the idiot-troll-literalists are male. Go figure.

Thanks for saying it :) It really means a lot.

And really, you all ain't so bad either. In fact, it's nicer here than in, well, pretty much everywhere in this forums. You have been really respectable to me and my questions. It's certaintly most than I can say about even people I usually agree with.

And some of the most brilliant IT theorists are male too. :P

And yes, we do tend to be nice, provided we're approached with, if not an open mind, at least a bit of respect.

The moment we're named conspiracy theorists, or someone tells us to get our tinfoil hats, well they just declared where they stand.

We even had one guy at one point indicating we should all commit suicide with poisoned kool-aid if IT were proven wrong (When it was, in his words.)
