What kinda places?:P

One where I'd have expected more pastries.

...I see.=]

EDIT: on top two times in a row. If I make it next time I'll have completed my hattrick.

Gonna go off topic for a moment here. I recently picked up Kingdom Hearts: Dream. Drop. Distance. and booted up Sins of a Solar Empire again and...I am seeing Reapers everywhere...

The unknown threat chasing the Vaseri in Sins? Cant help but imagine it beeing the Reapers.

And in Dream. Drop. Distance. I fought a boss which can only be described...a giant flying lobster which shot laser beams at me...all throughout the two boss battles against it i could not help but think Reaper....

Anyway, sorry for that, carry on.

I wonder what our punishment, will be since failed the operation big time. Any thoughts?

I'm new to the multiplayer operations (I'm an idiot, I know. But I made up for it by playing for hours this weekend)... they punish us when we fail?! How so?!

Well, there was that time when Banshees would suddenly spawn in  the first waves when fighting against non-reaper enemies. That was a lotta fun!

The penalty always comes into play in the following operation. The first penalty was having more Banshees spawn with Reapers (and randomly spawning with other factions) while the second was the extraction wave was extended by 30 seconds.

Majare I know how you feel.Though KH is epic for a disney game, and I like The king in KH2 when you can play him in random places.

Anyways.I like how Joker never broke his bones at all. The very sneez could cause Joker to breake his bones, but I guess that was Bioware's fault for that, or Bioware is telling us that Joker can never breake his Leg bones at all.

Awesome analysis Hrothdane! Isolation definitely simplifies persuation.

Exactly. Alone playing the game we don't see many things that are wrong but when we get together (like we are on the thread) the picture and deception becomes clearer.

Well one could argue that because of the war, you have to make an emergency decision to use the Reaper code or be either detroyed by the Quarians or, even if they stopped killing them, simply being hacked by the Reapers again.  the Code could possibly give them the means to preventing this while also making them capable of fighting the Reapers.  Imo Legion wanted to fight the Reapers, and it wanted to protect its people as well.  Using the Reaper code may have been a means to fight the Reapers.

Then again Legion also said that he found the Reaper's improvements "beautiful." So perhaps it didn't think true intelligence without a network was possible until now, hence why they were building a megastructure for all Geth until the Quarians almost completely destroyed it.  Perhaps Legion just saw this as "new data."

just speculations on my part...now to see if anyone actually responds. Posted Image

The last part is sort of how I took it--new data was introduced because Legion had personal experience with the Reaper code. Plus, at the end, Legion "found" himself, so to speak. Recognized his individuality. I got the impression he recognized how it "felt" to be an individual and the benefit it would be for all of the Geth, which is something the code could provide.

Besides, he was ashamed (or as close to it as a synthetic being could get) when he admitted to Shepard that he'd kept the Reaper code in his programming. But I got the impression that he was ashamed more because of what Shepard would think than because he thought the code itself was bad. Perhaps he was acknowledging that he was relying on something provided by the Reapers rather than finding his own way and he was "ashamed" of that but it seemed to also be a recognition of the benefit of keeping the code which overrode his previous dislike (in ME2) of accepting advances provided by the Reapers.

I also think it was a different situation in the sense that the Geth were using the code on their terms. In ME2, the heretics accepted the code on the Reaper's terms which, essentially made them slaves to the Reapers. In ME3, the Reapers were no longer in control of Legion and yet he could still benefit from keeping the code.

Hopefully I'm making some sort of sense. :P

Huh, that line from Harby reminds me of what Shepard says in Control, "Through his/her death, I was created."

So byne you going to watch new RvB today?

Also anyone think that Shepard is either regaining back his/her memories of his/her friends in Destroy, and in Control, and synthesis. He/she looses his/her memorys of the things she/he fought for, and the people that died to save the galaxy from the Reapers.

Uuuuhhh... What? How does that make sense? The flashbacks are all identical. The only difference between them is the characters that appear in them.

Hmm...interesting. That makes the process of harvesting organics so much clearer to me. They use the bodies for building materials and disect to the genetic level (as shown in Assasins Creed all our knowledge and ancestors knowledge can be found in our genes) , gain the knowledge and plug it all into a synthetic Reaper AI. So really the Reapers are synthetics that have the knowledge of organics and use organics to their gain. Yeah....still don't trust. If anything it makes the Reapers look worse and there would be no reason to trust at all.

Estebanus, who else is working on it? And good luck, would be funny if Bioware said that. " Thanks for all the speculations/ creating your own endings, but now it's time to go forth and finish ME3. That's right everyone we are continuing Shepard's story one last time, and it will be spectaculer."

Actually Legion talked about that part, not in that detail, but as he compared Humans/Geth/Reapers he mentioned it.
