I agree. Hanar's bad writing argument is such a cop out.

New RvB episode was pretty great.
Plus it confirmed a theory I'd always had, so thats nice too.

I hate it that sponsers get to see the stuff before us normal people. It makes sense, I understand it and is a great way to get money for AH cause they don't get paid for what they do but I still hate it. What theory did you have Byne? Also could you fill me in on the story for the last 5 seasons? Just a quick summary. (From seeing what's there so far in season 10 I get a lot of what's going on.) I think I stopped at the middle of season 4 or 5 (it was where Tucker just had the alien baby I believe, Tex's AI was still there, and Tex was there as well) and just skipped to season 10.

I still don't understand how "it was all a dream!" story telling is so appealing to so many people.

They aren't with many, my fellow hanar brother. They're just a very few hardcore stubborn believers.
I've got to give it to them. I admire their dedication to their theory.

I mean, it's an impressive theory. It just seems so strange that there are people still holding on.
I'm not sure if that's true dedication or if they're crazier than me.

Oh and Byne, what's the difference between "all just a dream" and "all just an halicunation"? Isn't that effectively the same thing?

I guess it's a bit of both The Mad One. I guess it's a bit of both.

But from a storytelling perspective hallucinations and dreams are pretty similar. Hanar has it right.

Generally a hallucination happens when one is awake, and seems very real, whereas a dream is when you're sleeping, and may or may not seem real.
Like I said earlier, I'm not exactly great at explaining things.
I could just copy/paste from wikipedia, but I'm sure if you wanted to read stuff from wikipedia, you'd read wikipedia.
You'd pick a fight with hanar over anything. Both did not happen. And both are a poor storytelling tool if Bioware uses it this late in the game. That's what Hanar and the Mad guy are saying. And they're right.GethPrimeMKII wrote...

Similar doesnt necessarily mean exactly the same. He is not right.

Pick fights? I think you got the wrong guy. I have nothing against Hanar. I just wish he'd come up with a more imaginative argument than "Lolz bad writing. Bioware sucks."
