Sweet. Love the particle rifle. It's buff seemed to do nothing though. 17-19 damage per shot now. Big difference there... Still love it though.Arian Dynas wrote...

Crusader I (after the last 5 packs were Eagles, the most worthless thing since waldstr was born) and power efficiency module 4 here. I'd be pissed if I had any rage left after what they did to the typhoon. I think I'm probably done with the game now. Went through the nerf-happy devs thing with MMO's enough to know it doesn't stop.

What's going on? What do we need the whole IT thread for?masster blaster wrote...
I know Airan I tried to help but we are going to need the whole IT thread to just make a dent in the it. Also there was thread that was talking about MP being within SP, but the last time I was there it got hammered hard by trolls and BSN fans alike.

Barely.
Thanks to the astounding efforts of one crazy Geth Infiltrator, we got through Platinum with an extraction. We got blitzed by more Banshees than I could count, shotgunned by Brutes and Phantoms, dumped on by primes and barely survived.
When people discuss apocalypse. they're talking about Platinum.
All the worst baddies that Cerberus, The Geth and The Reapers alike could cook up, all in one place. At the same time.
We managed to survive wave after wave, at one point, the entire squad went down, and we barely survived via simultaneous medi-gel dispensation. Finally, we reached wave ten, blasting rockets we had carefully saved in every direction imaginable. We survived extraction, barely.
Simon_Says, brave, brave Simon was the last man standing when the rest of us were blown away in a hail of bullets, he fell too, dragging out his life as long as he could, trying to keep himself from bleeding out just to give the shuttle enough time to get there. Three times he used medi-gel to stand back up, and each time he was beat down by a horde of banshees and brutes.
The shuttle got there just before he bled out.
We made it out, barely, just enough time for the Alliance to drag our broken and unconscious bodies/and or corpses onto the shuttle for recovery, or a military funeral.
And then we got rich.

As an avid misanthropist, I wholeheartedly endorse this message.
Also, while the MP timeline does seem to go with the SP campaign timeline, I have to wonder where there is to go from here. We're at the end.

People are great.
I love people.
It's stupid ****s and morons I'm not too fond of.
Unfortunately, many times, stupid ****s and morons overlap with some people, and I am forced to put them on hold until they are no longer stupid ****s.

Ya know, being a student of parapsychology and cryptozoolgy, I get that response sometimes. I have a friend who, as an atheist, was intrigued by the "Demonic Phenominon" and wanted to go with me to a pending cleansing. He thought getting some boots-on-the-ground time in a potential infestation case would be entertaining.
He was wrong. And I told him so. Some things you just don't wanna get mixed up in unprepared.
So I'll tell you what I told him: "No you don't. You really, really don't."

Geez, I wish I'd known there was an IT plat group. Liked to have tried a round. I haven't been to platinum yet because PUG people are rarely as good as they think. The other day I was in a gold match with a drell adept whose strategy was "pull, then heavy melee." I'm not kidding. By extraction he had yet to get a biotic kills medal. I don't think I ever saw a reave.
And I had just bought this because I was sick of not being able to communicate. Never even got a chance to use it. <grumble>
