Guys did we ever speculate on Leviathans AI shackle's. in the EC with the Catalyst.Shepard ask the Catalyst " So you are an AI." and then the Catalyst is like" And much as you are an animal..." Now to me that's a sign that Leviathan is testing Shepard, because the Catalyst did not Deni that it's an AI, and we now that Leviathan has AI shackles, so could it be that Leviathan is testing Shepard?

I think the eyes in the picture of the SC are slightly exaggerated seeing as how its hard to get that clear of view of his face. It may just be we havent seen it like that before.
For the green and blue flashes during TIM conversation, honestly its hard to tell. Its late over here so I may just be at a point where I'm too fatigued to actually discern what I'm looking at but I am having trouble seeing what your seeing :/
And I thought a canon playthrough involved all DLC's. Even though you may not have bought Arrival (and thus your Shepard never done that mission) and you see that the Alliance went and ran that mission and experience the effects of that in your story. But the canon storyline (if there is one) was with Shep doing everything, side-missions, loyalty missions, and DLC.

I assume you're "recruited" to go the planet while on the Citadel?TSA_383 wrote...

I wonder if the new citadel area is the location from the teaser where the scientist lady is talking to Shepard, probably at the start of the DLC? That whole scene makes me go "Wait, didn't I already do Arrival?"
And am I the only person not looking forward to going underwater? I mean, yeah, this is sci-fi, but I'd much rather be doing stuff in.. space..and how does an Atlas accomodate for water pressure anyway? Does it have torpedos? Will it move faster than a sea slug? Is this just a remix of the Manaan mission in KOTOR 1? Meh, not excited about that bit at all but it seems to be the "iconic moment" they keep wanting to show off like underwater combat is some sort of novelty. Sounds about as gimicky as fighting a Reaper on foot, oh wait we did that already.
Any who, things are deader than dead around here lately. The thread could do with a bit of Lazarus treatment.
Very nice catch indeed.Lokanaiya wrote...
I'm not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but regarding gun symbology, on the Rachni quest, if you choose to free the queen you shoot the node with a predator.

I wish I could show you a video or something, but basically throughout the series, the Predator and Carnifex have been used as symbols. Whenever someone does a paragon action, like killing yourself while indoctrinated, you use a Predator. Whenever you do an evil (not renegade) action, like when Saren shot Nihlus, or when you can shoot Mordin, it is a Carnifex. This was mostly unintentional in the first game, but not in the other 2. It goes quite deep actually.NebuchadnezzaRT wrote...

Unless your alluding to the Carnifex changing to a Predator during the Destroy ending, I dont see what your getting at. I thought the Predator was pretty default during cutscenes.
Funny, but Trition relates to the sea nicely. Greek mythology and all that. Leviathan also fits the sea nicely. Also, Leviathan is such an awesome word.leonia42 wrote...

Really? That's what they came up with? Sounds a bit cheesy and unoriginal. I would have gone with Ariel or Sebastian myself..

I'm going to be really disappointed if nobody says "release the kraken!" in this DLC.
See everyone, MB does know what he's talking about!masster blaster wrote...
Don't forget Posiden, and Neptune. Even though each one is the same person, just used different in Greek, and Roman god terms.
