I never really liked the originals for more than the music and the action, which is probably why I don't hate the prequels as much as I'm told I should.
I also don't get the big deal about Lord of the Rings.

Book or movies?  The books put me to sleep.  Tolkien took forever to say nothing.  The movies were good, but they weren't insta-classics like many say.

Moving on, I suspect it's something to do with Reaper spies within London, purely because the Indoctrination Codezx entry mentions this sort of thing and it makes perfect sense. Coates being the Reaper thrall makes sense, considering he was by himself fighting Reapers for days and so his mind likely would have been weakened...could also fit with why we clearly see the warning sign next to him on the Mako similar to the signs near the kid on Vancouver.

Nodacrux interests me greatly. Especially with there being mentions to Thorians in the hinted DLC...this could prove to be a link to these clues

May also just point to Lake Vostok in Eastern Antarcitca, where scientists (Now, in the present 2012) hypothesise new life could be found in the underwater lake...maybe hinting there could be something in the lake that's been hidden for thousands of years...an Ancient species, a weapon, plans? This is purely **** thoughts and bull - I'm sure it relates to the Vostok system, specifically Nodacrux and its Thorian creepers.

Red HerringThe most interesting of all. Red Herring, also known as IGNORATIO ELENCHI...which translates to - which I find absolutely perfect - IRRELEVANT CONCLUSION, or FALLACY OF DISTRACTION.

Movies were fun but nothing special. I've never even got halfway through Fellowship before giving up trying to read them, and I'm a big reader.

Haha. Biotic Shepard's are somewhat of an anomaly. They are older than any reported public exposures. Not only that, but if you have a Spacer background, Hannah survived said exposure without getting cancer. To reflect that Amy is an anomaly, her eyes are purple. They are actually the same color in ME3 via mod as they were in ME1 and 2 via selection. ME3 made 'gray' eyes actually appear gray.

I'm sure this has been discussed countless times already and that others have made the same discoveries and had the same thoughts earlier. I have, however, rediscovered something interesting that I felt like bringing up here, though I sincerely apologize if it's already been analyzed 50 times.

Anyway, the topic is 1M1 and here are my thoughts on it.

I've seen mentions of this puzzling text before, but have not read in detail what others have thought of it, therefore it was a revelation to me last night playing the ending when I started thinking and playing around with what it might mean.

1M1

Those are the possible meanings I came up with. First of all, I don't believe it is possible that they just happened to put a architectural thingy with the text on it there. The whole citadel level must have been designed meticulously because of its importance in terms of story. They would think before they put human writing where no one has gone before. Therefore -

1) 1M1 is deliberatly put there.

This is a message to the players. And as gamers are the one group of people that are the most accustomed to using numbers instead of letters, all the time it would seem in gamer tags in fact, it is not such a stretch that the ones in 1M1 could be I, or that M could be short for "am" for that matter. So i find -

2) "I am one" is the meaning that makes the most sense (or "One am I", but that's just the Yoda version)

But what does it mean?

Now here comes the interpretation part. Is it Shepard's mind that is telling her that "I am one"="I am also one of those indoctrinated"?/"I am a reaper"? Or is it significant that the writing is on the citadel itselt saying the citadel is one? The citaldel is a reaper? It's yet another warning that Shepard can't trust the station? And therefore not Starbrat either as the citadel is part of him?

"I (the citadel, the catalyst) AM ONE(a reaper)" therefore don't trust it!

That's the message that made the most sense to me anyway. Thoughts?

Anyone with special eyes tends to be more than a little scary in ME.

I read Revelation almost 3 years ago. Great read especially right after completeing the first game. You really get to appreciate the main story when you know where the characters come from. Unfortunately, some of the details have been lost in time.

Agreed, however the BW crew is a little psychotic when it comes to obscure details and 1*(M^(-1)) is the mathematical expression of convergence. Exactly what we get in the end and exactly what cannot happen.

"Convergence" also represents a sequence of transformations that inevitably come to the same conclusion, no matter what order they are performed in.

Convergence is what happens with red green and blue color cathodes in a TV.

So... Shepard is indoctrinated regardless of choice, however, the level of indoctrination obviously varies.
