is it just me or do the cave paintings in this trailer look less like asari than they did in the first Leviathan trailer?  I don't see the head crests anymore, instead the heads look distinctly round and more human, See?

5, I'm assuming, is due to the gun.

4, i wouldn't call new, as Ebuchala pointed out, the collector general wasn't glowing when Harbinger assumed control of it. My theory here is that the collector mobs Harbinger assumes control of are expendable, but the Collector General is not up until Shepard stops them.

Also bear in mind that Leviathan may also be able to kick people or things out of their own minds without the presence of reaper tech OR, the fact that Shepard gets kicked out of his/her own mind is specifically hinting to us that Shepard has exploitable reaper tech/has some growing form of indoctrination that we've already known/speculated about.

I think they're the same, look here www.youtube.com/watch and here www.youtube.com/watch
It's the same parts of the painting and there aren't any differences as far as I can tell

Then why do people keep saying they look like asari in the paintings?  as they are, the drawings look more human than asari.  Plus I could've sworn those drawings of people had the asari crests on their heads, but BW might have changed it since the first trailer came out.

They look quite human to me too, and shouldn't ancient asari paintings be blue or something?

At 0:40 where the windows shatter it looks like Shepard and squadmates are trying to block their ears from a sound which comes from the guy who’s indoctrinated, or at least the room he’s in. Infrasonic/ultrasonic waves maybe?

That's one possibility. You can actually hear a noise in the trailer, like opening a rusty metal door or something.
But do you see how the doc is standing behind that window while it's shattering? LIKE A BAWS

The name leviathan have human mythology procedence, maybe the cave painting figures are humans after all.

Haven't played DA but makes sense that Leviathan would try to influence Reaper forces. If his indoctrination is stronger, they will follow him.

Nope, I've used the Raider, and it does not make things explode. The interesting thing there is brutes can't explode (yet).

Edit: Maybe it was a Blackstar. That might have done it.

2. Leviathan could be a threat, or what Leviathan tells Shepard could be a "threat"
3. Did he have a flashback during Firewalker? I don't remember..
4. Absolutely no idea, very odd thing without any implants

It didn't look like a blackstar or sound like one, now that you mention it. It is the Raider, too. And it can't be carnage(or i guess it could be if James is there?). It actually looks and sounds like inferno grenades to me without any grenades around

Nothing to say about point four though?

1. It has a "head" at the top (or a rounded protusion of some sort coming out of the top portion of it's "body"), if you're talking about the drawing on the far right that looks kind of separated from the other drawings. Wouldn't think reaper because the image hovering over the people on the left looks like a pretty good representation of a reaper to me. Edit: Or a giant space beetle.

But I'm really nowhere near as good at picking up on the subtleties that you guys see so it's very possible I'm wrong

6. I was afraid of this myself. I'm hoping it's a playable scene but expect it's just a cutscene.

Not yet! Been planning to but I spilled lemonade on my laptop a month ago and they still haven't fixed it :/
