This project X seems kinda shaky to me. Chris Priestly said it was wrong.Hrothdane wrote...
New Leviathan trailer, more documentary speculations, and this "Project X" thing...happy tidings today, I see.
This Project X has redoubled my hopes. I still feel like Seneca's proverbial dog railing against the cart he is chained to, but now it looks like perhaps the cart may be taking me where I want to go.
I said I had hope, not rock-solid evidence that proves definitively that IT will happen
I still maintain that if this really is some big secret project, the forum mods probably wouldn't know about it. I used the example of the Simpons "Who Shot Mr. Burns?" two-parter before. The producers had many alternate endings written, drawn, animated, and voiced to keep the production staff from leaking anything. Large-scale productions like television, movies, and video games need to keep information on a need-to-know basis because of all the potential for leaks.
Also as I said before, a denial is the only response that will be taken as a denial. "We can neither confirm nor deny" is invariably taken as a tacit confirm that something is going on. Bioware also has an interest in preventing people from getting their hopes up too high again because of what happened last time they did that....
