ok ok gleeful sarcasm is over. i thoughtthis one a few pages back was pretty funny though:

It's a crime against nature. If god intended you to have IT you'd been born with it."

I laughed at that one. And if you don't mind me asking, are you a she?

No, but don't ruin it for Arian:D

Good to see everything is back to normal, though it seems we still have some trolls to ignore -_-

Does anyone else think Bioware is being extremely tightlipped about their DLC for ME3? I mean we can all tell Aria has DLC waiting for us, though BW maybe mentioned it once, Leviathan got a trailer and that was way more than I expected, the EC came and went, with embedded bits of Leviathan. And the rest have been MP implements... I don't remember the marketing campaigns for Mass Effect 2's DLC but I always thought its had more fanfare than ME3, maybe BW is still reeling from the endings blowback?

Oh I haven't even gotten to the best part. My buddy's main reason for not wanting to play ME2 is that he feels it has no impact on ME3 whatsoever.

Don't say things like that, even if you are quoting someone. I nearly put my head through my wall from the sheer amount of stupid.

YOU ARE BEING INCONSISTENT! >8U

But yeah, what you mentioned a few weeks back was you were female, but eh, either way I don't care. You're too far away to date.

F--- ENGLISH AND IT"S LACK OF NEUTRAL GENDER THIRD PERSON SINGULAR.

Since everyone uses "they" and it's cognates as neuter third person singular anyways, I've been trying to support that anyways because he/she is stupid and should be saved for special cases like when discussing Shepard in the general. Of course, then we will have the same problem as second person in English....

F--- ENGLISH AND IT"S LACK OF PLURAL SECOND PERSON.

Either way, I did not know spotless was a she, and I feel like an idiot.

SO THANKS.

Seconded. French doesn't have a gender-neutral third person sigular either, but it does have "vous" as a second person plural. Unfortunately, "vous" is also used as second person singular when being respectful. Posted Image

That's a good one. I laughed at that. Also, my gendar (get it?) told me he was male. Good to see that's still working. Also, Arian, please don't hit your head against walls. It spreads the stupidity. Posted Image

Ha! I first heard of Mass Effect from one of my best friends, went, bought it, loved it, got real deep into the lore and now, present day, I board with him and we both still play ME3. 'Cept he takes the endings for what they are, which is fine, but he goes to great lengths to prove that IT is "looking too far into it" and "grasping at straws" haha he is very much a literalist, yet he still enjoys watching CleverNoob's videos- go figure!

That reminds me, did the new "There is only one choice" debut? I haven't checkked... Was it good?

German keeps it simple. You have a word for everything, if a letter is in a word YOU BETTER F---ING PRONOUNCE IT, and even irregular verbs follow general rules (kinda).

My theory is that Germany historically has never gotten along with French not because of a giant shared border or religious differences, but because the French don't pronounce half the letters in a word and the Germans insist on pronouncing every single one, and pronounce them consistently even.

Notice I'm using lots of caps tonight. Must be rather excitable at moment.
*deep breath*
Requires further investigation.

I always saw german as the most logical language by far. English is just... Ugh

Coincidentally the only subject I have EVER failed in my life is French. Go figure :P

I spent the first 6 years of my life in Belgium, 90% of my family lives there or in France, and I spent every summer there until I was 14 and I'd still flunk college level French.

Well, Anderson was born in London and he doesn't even have an accent.

Oh, I went there.

It's okay though; I'm trying to nudge us closer to on-topic discussion :innocent:
