i just beat it, but not the endings yet..............not good

minor spoilers, but its all stuff we already know pretty much

according to leviathan, shepard is an anomaly, his victories are not the result of chance. could mean anything but any IT naysayer will interpret this as shepard cant be indoctrinated
and the AI is real. there was an AI created to stop the fighting between organics and synthetics, leviathan confirmed that much. harbinger was the first reaper, created in the image of the leviathan. he also said the AIs main goal is preservation of life, and it hasnt found a solution yet, or something along those lines. pretty much all thats important IT wise
javik did have a few more lines that could be interpreted as pro-destroy, and something about how you should never trust a reaper though. but that was seriously all there was pro-IT wise

im on the fence about ever playing ME again, ill wait till i play the ending, and for TSAs data dump. im worried,

Same... I think being sleep deprived has left me in a mentally vulnerable state

Edit: Edit: Screw it I'm going to play some DOTA2 until EA pumps this out. I'm emotionally too frail to stare at add-ons screen.

well yeah, it was fun, and had a pretty cool sense of mystery to it (almost wish i hadnt seen the leviathan leak),
but its hard to differentiate bewteen fun and pro-IT when one is directly tied to whether or not i ever play ME again

Regarding the AI and his motivations beeing real, not suprised really, but I will simply say what i have always said regarding the AI and his choices: "The best lies holds a grain of truth."

Well, you know...it might as well be VERY pro IT.   Because, you know, one of the arguments for it being a dream - that the endings give NO NEW INFO.  Before the leviathan you might argue thhat the catalyst is a new info - but now even the catalyst isn't new - so everything you see in the ending are elements taken from shepards brain, like the image of the child, breaking tubes, device for taking control that destroys you as you attemt it, panels from the shadow broker's ship, the beam that transports you to the citadel, piles of bodies,  control panel that opens the arms even 1M1 symbols on the exterior of the citadel (shepard saw them in ME1), the slides that tell you what happens and only things you could have imagined on the top of your hed do  - and now even the concept of an AI to control all reapers. 

And the elements that are not taken from shepards mind are few and inconsistend or generic or undetailed - like the normandy crash - and the some jungle planet.

Really? The whole background theme of the DLC was indoctrination. Everything involved things getting controlled by the Leviathan. Leviathan even literally took control of Shepard's mind momentarily and threatened to trap him/her there. Reaper Indoctrination is based on what Leviathan can do.  And there was something eerily familiar about when Shepard wakes up after surfacing and getting carried to the shuttle.

I think you need to look at things a lot more closely than you are. 

*edit* I believe Leviathan states something about the Reapers having a particular interest in Shepard as well.

I think you need to look at things a lot more closely than you are.

he says the reapers perceive shepard as a threat, nothing indicitave of them wanting to indoctrinate him. and yes, the theme was indoctrination, but it was Leviathans indoctrination, not the reapers. there was nothing to suggest shepard was feeling stress, in fact there was nothing at all about reaper indoctrination, just leviathans indoctrination. at most the reaper form of it is mentioned once. and you could also take away from it that shepards will cant fight indefinately, he can succumb to outside influence. yeah, i didnt mention that and definitely should have. but overall we really didnt get anything from it
