Reaper Indoctrination is completely based on the Leviathan's indoctrination. What other way would the Catalyst know to put that into Harbinger? Leviathan literally tells you this exact statement. The Leviathan's artifacts work in vaguely the same way as Object Rho did. The more you stay near them, the easier it is for the Leviathan to project its effect onto you.

Of course there's nothing absolutely conclusive, but I knew they weren't going to do that right from the beginning because it would be silly to think that they would do just one DLC and reveal everything straight away in that one DLC. ME2 had multiple story DLC's. ME3 isn't exactly going to be different.

Besides there's more than enough clues for the IT in what we had before Leviathan. If you ask me, that hasn't changed one bit.  

i wasnt necessarily referring to the different types of indoctrination, but that the reapers were not behind this indoctrination, they dont have much to do with it at all

It's not that anyone that doesn't believe in IT is a troll.  We don't live by that mantra.  Rather, we live by the mantra that anyone who's STUPID enough to come to the thread, bash IT, and then not make ANY logical arguments is a troll.

True. But now that the Leviathan DLC cleared so much up and basically strengthens the literal intepretation of the endings, I see no reason why we would still believe in the IT. The literal interpretation seems to make so much more sense now.

It supports the IT in the sense that now EVERYTHING that happens in the endings comes from shepards mind - Reapers use indoctrination to manipulate Shepard's own memories and knowledge and form a situation belivable for him, in which he may make a choice to accept their logic. Also it suggests that the reapers themselves at their core might have this logic - but it is still flawed and broken logic - this might hint at the fact that reapers themselves are just the faulty piece of equipment. (Like RobotSanta from the futurama) - They are not sentient, they only have some basic algorithms that guide them, and those algorithms are false and broken, with a lack of option to evolve - Reapers are the pinnacle - they are perfect no point into listening ot reason, or to analyse new facts. They just do what they were build to do, and do this eternally without stopping questionning or thinking. This proves that there are simply no point in listening to them, arguing with them, or trying to reason with them. They say themselves - they are not at war. Fire cannot be at war with the forest. 
There is no point in controlling them - the know and able to do one thing only - there is no control over them - you can't control fire by becoming fire.   THere is no point in synthesys - cause this is what they are trying to do in the first place and it's their original goal - if you combine fire and forest you get only coal and ashes(which has it's uses, but not for the forest),  there is no point in making a moral stand and giving them a speach - you'll just get burned. You can only get rid of them forever - destroy.

Frankly the MAIN theme I, personaly, have always heard for IT to be real is everything AFTER the beam is not real and Shep will wake up from there. That entire sequence was an Indoc attempt and after picking Destroy you should wake up and fight the "real" ending. 

Well seems the Catalyst was real and all that happened. There is no waking up after the beam hits, you already played past that, got to the end credits and the game ended. It's over. 

So unless something changed about the main theme to IT then it's been proven false.

One of the few things Bioware have been firm about is there desire to inspire multiple interpretations, but 99% of the fans insist only theirs is worth having.

That an AI exists does not conclusively prove that you really meet an AI after really going to the bottom of the tower. That's insane troll logic.

just because you see something in a dream that exists in real life doesnt mean you werent dreaming. think.

but in all honesty, im done. ill look for some file dumps, but by and large, im done. with everything EA. forever. its clear now they wont continue IT, even though its pretty much fact that they intended it at some point in developement. i just refuse to have anything to do with EA from here on, and that includes BioWare.
