If a new ending was going to happen due to fan outrage, it would have happened then.

Because I believe the ending we got wasnt literal. Releasing IT DLC wouldnt amount to changing the ending, it'd be 'clarifying it.'

IT is a fan-fiction ending. The ec dlc "clarified" the ending, you want a fan-theory for that clarification instead of helping the rest of the community appeal for a better ending, or answers at best?

ok i just thought this AI created by leviathan. it rebelled. created always rebel against creators. AI creates reapers. nothing happens.

that and some control stuff i thought of that probably everybody already knows. i just have no idea how control would "solve" anything. its like working in a science lab working on a cure for cancer. all of the sudden your boss gets replaced and cancer is instantly cured. nothing is changing, the only difference is the reapers have stopped reaping. so by the catalysts logic, hes just stopped trying to solve the problem

Bioware even said if your interperetation of IT depends on further clarification through dlc it was not their intention. I know that things can change but just look at what we have here it doesn't look good. It's been half a year.

The best part about Synthesis and Control is how everyone doesn't seem to mind that the monstrosities that probably wiped out their friends and most of their family just moments ago are now walking among them like nothing ever happened.

No PTSD, no outrage. Shruggot, no big deal.

theres more than a few examples of devs pretty much flat out lying.

most recent is probably a writer (i think walters) saying in final hours how they were never going to go into depth on the reapers origins

Which MP DLC was it? And didn't he deny Kasumi DLC or something?
