No sorry, No sane person puts concrete on a space station. First, it cracks under humidity and degrades faster than metal and plastic alloys would. Secondly, concrete can't handle the stresses required when spinning the Citadel for gravity. Third, concrete is porous. Atmosphere would leak through the inevitable cracks. Fourth, the strength of concrete would not hold in atmosphere.
No, you're just crazy or in denial if you think those structures are concrete on the Citadel.

Hey Banshee! We're just debating the breath scene. Again.
Earlier we discussed Omega DLC - Omega is the only system left afer Leviathan that you can hightlight on the Galaxy Map but you can't actually visit.

Plus, even if the structures he showed as supposedly being concrete buildings actually are concrete, they're on the Presidium ring, and Shep is in the middle on the bottom of the tower.
She's nowhere near those buildings anyways.

Yeah, I find them similar in the idea, one is just less risky, but much more expensive, and another is pretty much free, but potentially dangerous in the future. Victory at any cost, or taking risk to save more lives - my canon Renegade picks Destroy, my Paragon picks Control.paxxton wrote...

That's interesting. I still vote for Feros DLC, with Shiala as an LI, because, you know, it was forshadowed as an option. And because they could incorporate the new red flowers releasing spores similar to the thorian or something. And for Speculations:DrTsoni wrote...

I'll never understand how a paragon can ever pick a choice that not only keeps the Reapers alives, but forces them to be slaves.
At least a paragon picking destroy can reason that the geth were fully committed to the war, and would have sacrificed themselves if needed, but the Reapers wouldnt ever be ok with becoming slaves.

There is no mako in the background.

Forget the concrete, it's the WIND that makes me doubt the breath is on the citadel.
Funny you mention that because wind would blow the dust away. That sounds like an indoor area. Like a draft. All that is required in for warmer air to meet cooler air and ventilation ducts. The dust seems to be "blowing" upward slowly.

Could that arrogance be the cause of all this? I mean all the AI's and synthetic life rebelled because they where treated like tools from the beginning. I kind of get the feeling they hinted at something like that with the EDI Shepard conversations, when she asks whats the purpose of synthetic life you can choose between what it's told to do and the free will route. The Leviathans treated the "Intelligence" like a tool and now it's their turn to be treated as tools.
The Leviathans will probably be trouble. The Crucible is probably their doing.

Exactly, and those are buildings that might be housed in a bubble of atmosphere in a mass effect field, but even then one has to engineer the buildings to consider emergencies like the atmosphere suddenly being vented by an accident or technical breakdown and the building suddenly exposed to vacuum.
