I personally welcome hearing why people from the IT thread give up. I know the overwhelming majority of them are speaking from the heart. I want to hear their view. Unlike Legion 1337 who started off calling us a cult and saying we were a psych experiment.

I'm seeing where the story goes in the DLC. I'm with puzzle and IT theory, but if Bioware wants to be... this... then we'll have to swallow a literal ending.
bleh.
Until then, I hold out hope. The latest DLC definitely hints. It's almost like Bioware is elbowing the literalists but they're not paying attention.

No sorry, No sane person puts concrete on a space station. First, it cracks under humidity and degrades faster than metal and plastic alloys would. Secondly, concrete can't handle the stresses required when spinning the Citadel for gravity. Third, concrete is porous. Atmosphere would leak through the inevitable cracks. Fourth, the strength of concrete would not hold in atmosphere.
No, you're just crazy or in denial if you think those structures are concrete on the Citadel.
"Concrete or concrete-like". This is a future afterall, in a sci-fi universe with mass effect fields.
The Citadel is not just some space station, much less a 20th century Earth space station. And why does it have to be 100% concrete or 100% metal? The superstructure is some kind of alloy the Reapers know how to make. The insides are constructed by the Citadel races. And there are plenty of walls and floors on the Citadel with those shallow grooves running in straight line. There is absolutely nothing whatsoever that indicates the Citadel is 100% metallic with no concrete or concrete-like material used whatsoever.
What is with the hostility?

These guys have been on IT threads from the very start of it. If they are discussing irrelevant things from time to time (which also is knd of a trademark of it discussion from the very beginning) they do it, because they've already forgot more things about IT than you could ever come up with, so how about you just calm down a bit?

Everyone knows my stance in this thread. I speculate, I defend literalists that come into this theory and believe in viewing both sides objectively. I above all hate the ending. I'm also friendly to everyone from the get go, but I can be agressive, when necessary.

No, hostility, just impatient since this keeps coming up and it's rediculous on its head. Now you're going into total speculation with "concrete-like". I remember playing the Wards in ME1 and 2 and they didn't seem to use concrete. It's just ineffiecient for a space station. Line the outside walls with concrete radiation shielding, but there's no reason to make supports out of concrete inside. Even if they were using it for radiation shielding, it's prone to decay and cracks.

Plus, even if the structures he showed as supposedly being concrete buildings actually are concrete, they're on the Presidium ring, and Shep is in the middle on the bottom of the tower.
She's nowhere near those buildings anyways.
He is nowhere near any of that rubble when HArbinger's blast wings him. Besides, I believe he is in one of those corridors like the one he found himself in when he first entered the Citadel. the dangling cables, which are indentical to the ones in the breathe scene, give credence to this assumption. If you look at the wall behind Shepard and the ceiling there is nothing whatsoever to signify that it is absolutely not a concrete-like material. It is all speculation either way.

You're either forgetting or unaware that I think the hallucination starts when the transport crashes, not when Shep is hit by the beam.
Theres rubble that looks pretty damned similar at the top of the hill where the transport crashed.

Excuse me, but the "cables" in the citadel entry are far bigger in diameter that the ones in the breath scene.

I've thought this through and the only logical conclusion to Bioware's ambiguous ambiguity is obvious:
There is subliminal advertising on the bsn. They are making millions off us speculating. This also explains why I woke up at Walmart at 3:45am with a cart filled with waterproof matches, a gallon of 2% milk, 1 truck tire, a half empty box of condoms, and federal premium 45 ammo. Just didn't make any sense. I never shop at Walmart

Did anyone see my Leviathan sound files dump from a few pages back? There was some interesting stuff there.
Also, I'm thinking about reworking some of ME3's music with a bit of synthesis
