So, I just noticed something blatantly obvious in refuse.

"I'll die knowing I did everything I could to stop you!"

So, Shepard sees the Guardian as an antagonist here. It also, implies he's always been the antagonist. Despite giving up in refuse, at least Shep saw through that idiot. Posted Image

"And I'll die free."

This may be exactly what would happen in IT. Shepard break indoc, but dies.

Did anyone notice that Shepard is very echoey in that room. Just like the Guardian. I only really noticed after Levy, but it is very weird. Surreal even. Thoughts?

Edit: I'm on a roll! Take it! Posted Image

I like Refuse, I just wish it wasn't an FU to the fans as it obviously is. If they were smart, they'd build on Destroy and Refuse with Refuse being a conventional victory but with heavier losses.

Maybe Shepard is in the half-awake state where you can hear yourself talking in your sleep in your dream. I've done that a couple times. It's especially evident when I'm saying something emotional.

I think Shepard's voice has an echo when Leviathan is speaking to him as well.  I'd check again to confirm this but I can't do so at the moment

It sounds wierd but it's true. If you start shouting in a dream, it'll come out as a raised voice in your sleep. Then you'll hear yourself talking even as you do it. Sometimes breaks the dream too, just like trying to look into a mirror or reflective surface in a dream. You realize you're dreaming and instead of being lucid, you reject it and wake up.

On the note of whispery voices, Starbinger speaks with Shepard's voice as well.  The male and female Shepard voices are very faint compared to the kid's voice but they are there.  I think that this evidence was presented way back in mark 1

So we need Shepard to look at the floor of the choice-o-matic™, then she/he will wake up? Nvm, they only show reflections of trees that aren't there. My bad. Even after EC and Leviathan right?

File #71 - Isn't this a new (and even creepier) voice?
File #135 - The catalyst near enough admits that it is harbinger, or at least that harbinger is a part of it (which is basically the same thing from a trustworthiness standpoint). People still go with this thing's solution?
File #188 - Speculation?
File #264 - Harby loses its temper.
File #282-294 - The new leviathan lines in the catalyst convo.

By the by, Harby's "WELL **** YOU THEN" line has a very similar voicing to Leviathan.

Did you see that the camera was shaking while the thralls were speaking? Like on Rannoch but more noticeably, meaning that enthrallment is less subtle than indoctrination.

Is that why when I get really scared in a dream and try to scream, I can never do it? And it just comes out as like a quiet little noise?

(Which just makes the dream scarier, since I cant yell for help or anything :()

Hey TSA, could you please upload this dialogue on YouTube?  I don't really like the idea of downloading files from ME3.  I know it's probably not illegal, but I just don't feel comfortable with it.

Hmm, no I did not see this.  When I play through the dlc again, I'll need to look for this.

Also, paxxton, I've always noticed your control banner but I finally realized just how healthy it is that you have that banner.  I mean, everyone needs a back up choice should the IT interpretation not pan out, and you were perhaps the first ITer I'm aware of to display this reality with pride.  Kudos to you sir!

If you're curious, my literalist ending of choice is still Synthesis though Leviathan almost changed that.

Anyway, no real reason why I went off on that tangent but I felt it should be voiced

I think it's admirable too, but I also think we should temper our choices with doubt after Leviathan. They throw a monkeywrench in the works no matter which choice you make.
