I don't agree with IT.  It's interesting to speculate about, but there's nothing in-game to confirm it.  If it is IT and Bioware releases dlc with the REAL ending, even more people are going to be pissed.

A topping isn't integral to a pizza... The ending sort of is. Especially since, if you take it literally, and even if you don't it changes everything.

But, I'm curious, why are you here?

Afaik Hellish is a student too + he's probably cooking episode 2 of Choose Wisely with Turbo_J. Fellish was attacked by enraged crows.

To be fair, have you seen the Mark I OP? I wouldnt exactly blame them for not reading it. Its kind of a mess.

Semantics man. There's nothing to 'confirm' everything happens at face value either but I don't post that in random threads discussing the literal ending.

To be fair there is no absolute evidence, nothing that makes IT 100% certain.

But there is a mountain of hints, clues and ideas as opposed to the plotholes you could fly the Destiny Ascension through in the current ending.

There isnt lol, im all for IT dont get me wrong, its great.  But if it was confirmed ingame then there wouldnt be a theory, there wouldjust be the ending where shepard is being indoctrinated, and everyone would accept it. 


However there is plenty of ingame evidence to support the theory

You guys are confusing proof with evidence.

Proof is verifiable. Evidence is data to back up a theory.

Sam's right. Kind of. He's saying there is no proof of IT. Which is true. If there was absolute proof, that would be the end of the discussion. All we have is evidence. Yes, I know we have a rediculous amount of compelling evidence, but no proof. The indoctrination theory is just that: a theory. It is however, a theory like gravity, or evolution. It is the thing right below fact. It's "true."
