Just as I thought. He truly is a pathetic specimen of humanity. I really do think that he can't possibly be older than 16.
I'm 22, am an excellent and talented student according to many teachers I've had, have a great and loving family, a sister that helps and supports me as much as she can, and I also have a girlfriend I'm absolutely crazy about. Yet somehow, I don't have a life. According to him, that is.
Personally, the only person I don't think has a life here is that guy.

Also, writing books is awesome! Do you write fiction or non-fiction? I write fiction!

Fiction. Urban Fantasy, Sci-fi, and High Fantasy.

Nice! I write historic fiction (dunno how that's called in english, exactly), you know, middle ages, World War II, and such. Kinda fits right with my love for history.

Historical fiction. With your knowledge and love of history, you could also write alternate history fiction, like Harry Turtledove. I'm jealous.

And we're not done with SP DLC. Come back when we are.
In regards to DLC after the ending we are
The ending could be considered Stargazer. The wording is not precise and the meaning is negotiable.
The ending ends with the breath scene (technically Buzz & kid but that's way in the future). As said by BW, nothing will come afterwards. Don't get mad at me for that!

I'll have you know that I have no life.

You sure?

This thread is the most social interaction I ever have.

Is there a reason you don't socialize often? Or is it simply because you don't want to?

Considering godchild claims the main theme of the series is synthetic vs organics, and he also claims that plot isnt resolved if you pick destroy, then by your logic, destroy is not an ending, and no writer would ever include it.

Considering the main character of the series is not "Godchild" but "Shepard", and that he puts  "freedom" as the main theme of the series, then by choosing "destroy" the plot resolves : people are free, whatever happens to the "organics vs synthetics" problem.

I'm not mad. But the ending is Stargazer, which is an epilogue, which comes at the end of a story. The breath comes before that. These are what some of us call facts.

Not to split hares but Merizan did state that the endings are the endings and will not change...

This won't stop them making DLC that will have effects near the end of the game - eg starkid or beam run (I hope).

But as for the ending/endings they appear to be, and have stated such, done with them.

A post stargazer DLC...at that point they should just call it ME4 lol

You see, I like people like Iconoclaste and SubAstris. They come over here, disagree with the IT, and share their own viewpoints with ITers. That's nice. We need more literalists like that around here.

Well then control is the horrible ending that should never have been added, as the thousands of cycles that have been harvested and preserved as Reapers are not free.

By choosing control, Shepard enslaves more lives than she frees.

Again, you are focusing on the results of the decision. Stargazer is an epilogue, which comes at the end of the story.

Various mental disorders mean human contact frightens me. To phobic levels if I don't know them.

By definition, an "epilogue" is not the "end" of the story, it comes "after".

Yes, but it's obvious that Stargazer is not an intergral part of the story. If it were strictly true, then the Reapers were defeated by Shepard

Which makes it the definitive end, thanks.

They are defeated in every ending, even refuse. So Stargazer is integral.

Estebanusister needs to get her own account. I already miss her.

(Not that this reflects poorly on you, estebanus. Having you both here would be awesome)

Of course. I like Shepard's "dumb" facial expression when pondering over the "Control" and "Synthesis" option. It's almost too funny to look at in the context of ships blowing up in the background... "Is that a gun you put on my head? Because I have this funny feeling right now...Ooops! There goes the USS Intrepid in shreds... Bah, too bad. What were you saying, again?".

So, the Starkid's options were correct as they influence the real world?
