By the way, guys - Am i the only one who thinks that Vega is SO much better and more interesting than Jacob, and possibly even Kaidan?
Vega is an awesome character, whereas Jacob and Kaidan are the human embodiments of blandness.

It is ironic, that Jacob has one of the most interesting and controvercial loyalty missions.
Yeah, Traynor is my romance for my canon Shepard.RavenEyry wrote...

I may play FemShep, but I romance Liara, so I dont really care if he has a new girlfriend in ME3.

A vorcha could have told you Jacob wasnt suited for the vents.
He doesnt even have a single tech power. Why would anyone trust him to hack anything?
Every time he says 'Sounds like a suicide mission. I volunteer.' I think 'Damn it, Jacob. Stop tempting me!'
Why all the Jacob hate Byne? Is it because you're a FemShep player?

There's a lot of stuff BioWare did in ME3 that was kinda stupid.Dwailing wrote...

Cheating on Commander Shepard. Heavy risk, but the... actually, that's all there is, really. I can't think of any pros to cheating on Shepard. OK, BioWare, that one was kind of stupid. I'll admit it.
Because lesbian players also wanted a romance partner they could identify themselves with.Dwailing wrote...

Why oh why did she have to be a lesbian and not bi? Sorry, if I could be ManShep and romance her, I would do it in a heartbeat. She was awesome.

Because some players (lesbian or not) wanted a lesbian romance. BioWare provided them with it. the S/S romances were nothing but fan service, I think.byne wrote...

Probably because thats how sexuality works in the real world.
Also, you're playing MaleShep and are surprised you're getting a worse experience? You know my feelings on MaleShep.
Although I really dont get all the love Traynor gets. She's an interesting character, sure, but nothing to leave your previous romances over.

I don't really think of him as boring. I think of him as normal. Like Kaidan. And yes, I liked Kaidan, too. I don't think there's a single member of Shepard's team that I didn't like.

Well, I think it's because BioWare also tried to cater to the male audience with Traynor, making her act like that. 'Twould have been better had they actually tried and make a well-made and deep lesbian romance. Gay players have Kaidan for that. Lesbian players... Well, they've got Liara I guess, though that's not the real thing.byne wrote...

At least Cortez had some decent development in his romance. He didnt just come up to Shepard's quarters one night and have clothed shower sex with him

Uuuuhhh... Because two lesbians loving each other is the exact same as a man and a woman loving each other? Now, I'm not gonna act like I know it all since I'm bisexual, but I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't have sex with another woman on the first "date."demersel wrote...

Unless I'm super confused, you said Liara wasnt the real thing, he asked how it wasnt, and then you started talking about Traynor.

God, I hated Ashley in ME 3 even more....
Kaidan questions you on Mars once, because of the Cerberus connections and after that it is kind of okay with him.
But no, Ash has to question you all the fracking game long.
I had in mind to do a playthrough with a renegade maleshep and romancing Ashley, but you know what? I will stick with Kaidan... even if I am not planning to romance him (it'll be Liara, Tali, Tali for that matter). God, I hate Ash so much. The only reason to let her survive Virmire is to shot her in ME 3.
Edit: WTF was the death scene anyways?? Kaidan being all polite and saying his last words: "But he was unarmed!"
And then you see Ashley's real character, when she dies: "I hope the reapers will kill!" WTF!!
