Not yet. Since the announcement came later than usual, I wouldn't expect to see them until tomorrow morning/afternoon.FellishBeast wrote...
I know this isn't the place to ask, but has anyone received their commendation pack yet?

Anything to do with those marketing code things maybe? I recall a temperature being involved.

It was a viral marketing thing before the teaser trailer. It was MI5, the song London Calling, a temperature and a red herring. I think there was a fifth thing too.

I typed in 756 in Mass Effect Wiki and got the planet Nios, surface temperature 756 degrees...Celsius.

right.....I don't know if these means anything but maybe it's a cheeky message from Bioware....and maybe it's just a coincidence but 756°F converted to celcius is 402°C. 402 is the number of cupcakes that were sent to Bioware during the whole ending upset debacle.

This is a list of the most important questions that need to be answered:
1. Are the reapers still following the orders of their creator, the AI?
2. Are the AI and/or the reapers unshackled?
3. What is the purpose of the Crucible and who inveted it?
4. Where/When does the breath scene take place?
5. Is Leviathan lying about what it really knows?
6.
What did the reapers want in London?
this is a list of all IT evidence to date:
- child running into a locked door
- reaper noise when shepard talks to kid
- ventboy appearing alive after explosion
- no one noticing/helping child when he climbs on alliance transporter
- warning signs wherever child appeared
- dream sequences with oily shadows, whispers, shepard chasing ventboy
- shepard complains of headaches
- indoctrination codex entry
- white fade in/outs whenever something dream-like occurs
- anderson being nowhere near shepard during the beam run
- harbinger not shooting down the normandy
- remark about the citadel looking like collector's base (pulled from memory)
- shepard hearing radio comm even though his/her armor is gone
- ashley and kaiden bodies only throughout citadel
- 1 m1
- anderson being ahead of shepard even though you never see him
- shepard bleeding from the same place he/she supposedly shot anderson
- mysterious elevator ride up to the catalyst
- control cut scene associated with TIM, destroy with anderson
- gun changing before and after the destroy explosion
- breath scene in destroy, official shepard lives
- saren advocating synthesis
- TIM advocating control
- Coat's corpse on the Citadel (only seen with flycam though)
- "SO BE IT" (Starbrat obviously siding with reapers)
- Catalyst/AI using image of the kid (so they are messing with your mind, even in a literal POV)
- the discussion between TIM and Anderson being directed to Shepard (eye contact confirms this)
- Arrival DLC (Object Rho and especially dialogue with Harbinger saying sth like "Your mind will be ours!")
- the beam not killing Shepard, though it certainly is able to oneshot gunships
- the relay explosions start at the wrong place
- the rachni queen's description of indoctrination and the black tentacle things creeping across the screen in the TIM scene
- unlimited ammo after shepard is knocked down in beam run
- shepard's constant exposure to reaper artifacts
- no HUD in the ending at all, only other instance are dreams
- rana thanoptis registered case of indoctrination and description of her case very much like shepard's symptoms (and same length of exposure)
- shepard going from barely able to move to acting like she/he hasn't been hurt when going toward device
- vega asking about humming noise on the normandy
- Anderson looking at the camera and saying "They're controlling you!"
- Leviathan Seizing Shepard's mind shows Shepard on his hands and knees being approached by an entity pulled from his memories
- Some Shepards outright being struck by Object Rho, and being sedated for two days. Harbinger says "Struggle if you wish, your mind will be mine"
- Recurring nightmares are a symptom in the audio logs in Arrival
- Indoctrinated Prothean Separatists advocate control
- Indoctrinated Desolas Arterius advocates control and synthesis
- EDI telling you Reapers use peace treaty ruses to pacify people while they indoctrinate them
- Sensations of darkness and cold. Anderson says he's in a dark hallway, and Shepard says he feels like death
- All Crucible functions being activated metaphorically
- Shepard seeing things that undisputably aren't happening. Like TIM and Anderson activating choices
- Shepard's idle animated in ME2&3 is him looking around, acting paranoid
- Buzzing and Ringing prevalent in ME3's musical score
- Infrasound present in game
- Shepard hearing whispers, oily tendrils on the screen and shooting people against his will during the TIM standoff. The scene that follows this is not grounded in reality
- Shepard outright has his mind seized by Leviathan
- Both community managers say IT is equally valid to non IT
- shepard's eyes if picking synthesis or control
- indoctrination symbols found on the Normandy, Mars, as well as a bunch on the Leviathan DLC as well
- The decision chamber resembles a dialogue wheel.
- Control and destroy are color coded based on paragon and renegade morale alignments respectively. The decision chamber is designed to make the player believe it is morally wrong to destroy the reapers.

If the numbers are some kind of coordinate, I can't find anything of use (the galactic coordinate system definition does not contain letters, iirc).

@Ace7 Maybe the "Is that right?" part means that it is Celsius rather than Fahrenheit after all? Kind of a deliberate mistake to not make it so obvious. If so it could still be referring to Nios.

Another question: What did the reapers want in London? Remember Anderson mentions they were converging there BEFORE the citadel is moved.
EDIT: Your clues list doesn't appear to include the eyes.
